I did see that Skint Yet Again, I think mine was definitely triggered by the jabs, whether they were already there and triggered by the weight loss who knows.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been spending all my time with puppy :) She is utterly gorgeous, learning very quickly. Today she has had a bath and is currently asleep next to me on the sofa. I bought a dog shampoo from Sainsburys that smells just like baby powder, it's lovely.

End of the month banking is looking healthy, managed to have a bit left over which has covered her 6 month puppy pack from the vets and a bit extra to go in the savings pot.

Another chilled weekend here, been to the beach with Winnie this morning, can't believe how much she has grown already. I took her into work for half an hour this week, lots of cuddles all round. Seen my brother and Mum this morning too. now just chilling with Winnie and Boo on the sofa for a bit.

I won £120 on a slot game this week which covered my Harry Styles ticket for the summer (£85). Other than that not much to report at the moment, I need to check the contents insurance renewal quote but not much else planned for this weekend.

Apologies for the lack of updates but everything has been revolving around the puppy :)

I've been off work this week (half term), so lots of time spent with her. She's doing well with her training but needs to learn to stop chasing the cat. We need to work on getting her used to being on her own now too as she can't bear us going out of sight. I've watched so many youtube videos, it's just practice, practice, practice now.

This week also included another night in A&E with Mum, her bp was 255/124 and she was very confused. She has previously had a stroke but the hospital said they were happy for her to go home as she was fine?! I politely told them she wasn't going anywhere while her bp was that high (she is already on bp tablets), anyway, they kept her in overnight and the next day it had come down so she came home. Once we got her home we realised they had left a canula in her arm. I called them and they said to come back, I said no, she can barely walk and had taken 2 hours to get her home from the hospital and she was exhausted. She talked me through how to remove it and didn't seem too bothered about it all. Disappointing. Anyway, she is now in a care home for two weeks, it's kind of a trial to see how she gets on and if she likes it. The home is lovely but she wants to get home already :(

Jeez. That’s dire. Hopefully she will settle in the home after a wee while.

Mums had a pretty good time in the care home, she comes home on Monday. She did get caught having a sneaky fag in her room, she set the fire alarm off🤦‍♀️

Weekend is here though, and I found loads of energy when I got home today and have blitzed most of the housework and done 3 loads of washing. Chilling now with the puppy snoozing with me, obligatory pic below😊 It's a Friday, it's payday, life could be a lot worse :)

Aw what a sweet pup 😍 How’s the cat with her? My cat used to hit our dog when we first got her 😬

    Your mum’s a bit of a devil isn’t she 🤣

The cat tolerates her, she likes to stand on top of the cat and block her from moving :) Once she goes to sleep though the cat comes over, sniffs her and meows loud enough to wake her up 😂 She puts up with her jumping around but does swipe her every now and then when she gets too much.

Mum is definitely a devil, she comes home tomorrow, she can't wait to have a fag indoors …
