Evening all. Am really knackered, have just been out for a mega long walk, it was just over 5 miles. Back home now and drinking the worlds biggest cup of coffee.ΒCoxy11 - yes the gobby one was there last night and everything seemed normal. Perhaps she apologised, I donβt know.ΒI always stay to group. Itβs very rare that I donβt to be honest.ΒMy baked oats this morning was gorgeous. For the yoghurt I used a muller light raspberry & cranberry flavour.ΒSpeak to you all tomorrow. xxStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - Β£26,322.670

Morning all, just deciding whether to wash the bedding today - think I need to check the forecast as it rained last night but looks as though it's drying up now.
Glad you're OK @bubbs and just needed some time out with all that's going on.
Hope you're OK @beanielou after your fall. Β Glad you enjoyed your meal out.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - seafood salad - P; S; 2
D - LO cottage pie, veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but may have a couple of Ryvita with some Primula Light this evening if I want something
Syns - sausages 2; Light mayo 2 (really annoyed as couldn't get LTL when I needed a new jar!)
Have a good day everyone.

I decided to do the bedding @joedenise. It's on the line and blowing a bit so hoping it will dry. π€
I'm out again this evening but driving so no wine syns. It's another shared supper so I usually allow a generous 10 for dressings on salads. I'm taking a potato salad with LTL mayo and a bit of mustard so that'll be OK. Hopefully others will bring plenty of SW friendly food.
Today's EE plan -Β
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, ham, egg (P), mushrooms (S}Β
L- egg, ham (P), bubble and squeak, beetroot (F, S)Β
D- cold meats and salads (P. F, S)Β
Syns - 10?0 -
It's been a barmy day today, we've had hailstones here for about 5 mins, hoping its not a sign of more bad weather coming. I've been working all day so its not affected me thankfully
I've had a couple of dodgy days with food. Thursday was my day off so I ended up picking at everything - had extra cheese with my pasta bake and 2 blue riband bars and popchips which are all thankfully low syn-ish but they all add up. Its just as well I dont have a load of snacks in at any one time - couldn't trust myself! Still blaming TOTM π€£ which I think is due tomorrowΒ
Today's food:
B- fruit and yoghurt (0.5), cuppas with milk HEA1
L- heinz potato and leek soup (3.5), ryvitas HEB with dairylea HEA2
D- sausage casserole (3), mash and lots of veg
Will try and lay off the syns tonight, might have a hot choc for 2 synsΒΒ£1 a day for 2023 #58 Β£165/Β£3650 -
Hi all,
Hope you're okay @beanielou and glad you enjoyed your meal out.
The Cocaine Bear film was hilarious and gruesome all in one! We came home after and DH had a cannelonni ready meal and I had some pasta with a sprinkle of parmesan and black pepper. I STS at group - a bit disappointed as weighed at home before going and was 1.25lb under group weight so I thought I might get a sneaky half lb off, but no. Maybe next week!
Have been wedding dress shopping and lunch with DIL2B, her mum and sister. Think I babbled on a bit - I get a bit nervy with new folk, particularly women! DIL2B found a lovely dress but this is her first outing so won't order just yet. I had a mushroom risotto for lunch followed by a peppermint tea.
Have been to Aldi - no eggs, no tomatoes. Not all that bothered about the tomatoes but we only had one egg left. Will try the farm shop tomorrow.
Have a good evening all

It's a cold day here but I was up early and got the washing on the line and then spent the day sitting in my oodie working from home. I've gone down with a cold which probably explains why I suddenly felt so exhausted,
Β so lots of hot drinks and maybe a early night tonight.Β Β
@beanielou sorry to read about your fall and hope you didn't hurt yourself.
@Abbafan1972 The baked oats looks good, I may try that this week.
Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β How long did it take you to walk 5 miles, if you don't mind me asking?Β
@bubbs Your meals always look so wonderful.... lots of great ideas thankyou.

Didn't do the bedding in the end @maman but did do a whites wash and that's all dried and folded now. Β Going to leave the bedding until during the week as we've got a problem with the heater for the bed and have had to order a new one - nearly Β£200 but it does give us a 5 year guarantee! Β This won't be arriving until Tuesday though.
This means we'll probably have to sleep in the motorhome when we empty the end and refill it again as it will be too cold to sleep on! Β With the cold weather we've got at the moment we'll have to put the heating on in there during the day otherwise we'll be too cold!
Hope you feel better soon @Hundredsandthousands.
I've done my menu plan for March and can mainly use stuff from the freezer for main meals. Β Just hope don't have too many problems getting eggs when I go shopping next week as going to need quite a few for the planned meals.
