No pancakes for us, it is our 3 weekly official weigh in today and I am determined to get that 3 stone shiny sticker and certificate and I didn't want to sabotage that.

@Hundredsandthousands it can be frustrating when the weight loss slows but as long as the scales are going down, it's a win. I'm now down to the between 1 to 2 lbs a week and I know it will slow down further at some point (probably very soon for me if previous experience is anything to go by). Doesn't stop it being frustrating and a bit down heartening when it happens though.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Fantastic loss @Hundredsandthousands and hope you get your 3 stone shiny @SingleSue, you (and your son) are doing so well.

Just plodding along. DS did make me smile last night.  After seeing the news about some fruit and veg being limited. he's planning to grow ours.  He has no idea how much I get through each week 🤣I'll keep him busy!

    Today's food:
B - bran flakes (HEB), f/f Greek yoghurt, raspberries
L - pea and ham soup
D - Aldi red onion & rosemary sausages, chips, beans, mushrooms

Afternoon all, back from WI, shopping and just finished lunch and having a well deserved cuppa!

Well done @SingleSue and to your son, you are both doing amazingly well.

It was a STS for me after 6 week not weighing including that AI holiday!  I've got about 6 weeks now until the next holiday but that one should be a bit easier not to put too much weight on as it's just B&B so will hopefully be able to get some more SW friendly food plus won't be drinking as much as every single drink will need paying for individually!  We will however buy a. bottle of gin and some tonics to have in our room which is what we did last time we went to Gambia!  I'll be happy if I can lose 0.5lb a week until we go so will be nearer my actual target weight to give me a few lbs to play with but we will see.

    Today's plan:

    B - omelette - P plus hifi bar at group 3 syns
L - pulled pork in BBQ (from freezer) in WM roll - HEB; P; S; F
    D - squash, sweet potato and chicken tagine with herby/spicy couscous - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - hi far 3; sharing a bottle of wine tonight in celebration of still being within target range!!!

    Have a good day everyone.
  • Well done SingleSue and son, amazing losses for you both! Not a bad result Denise having a STS after an AI holiday, not sure I have ever managed that! Today's WI showed a 2lb loss on the scales which I am amazed at. I have TOTM looming though so next week might be a write off we will see. Every week before I step on the scales I'm reminding myself that even the tiniest loss or a STS is good, and I'll only be disappointed if I have a gain. As previously I have been upset with losses of "only" 1lb, but taking the scenic route to weightloss this time with a different mindset. Hoping it'll be easier to keep it off that way too.

Meal planning for me tonight and food shop tomorrow, I've gone easy on the syns today and had some well deserved treats.. straight back on it tomorrow :)

Well done to @SingleSue and son, @cherry_22 and @joedenise 😊

I was in the office today. I took in overnight oats, 2 plums, 2 satsumas, a banana, some grapes and I bought the M&S orzo for lunch (2.5 syns) Had a hi fi on the way home. DH cooked SW carbonara - it was a bit gloopy 🤮 but he’d had such a bad day I didn’t say anything. Nice knowing you all….😳
