@lindsaygalaxy it can go either way - the rules do allow for basic groceries to not count, and some people only include groceries if they break the budget. I have a veggie box delivery that is on subscription and it rolls round every week and I don't include that, but if I do a shop at a supermarket I do count it. There's a bit of flexibility in other words.

I need to buy petrol later and pay for hospital parking. While it’s not going to be an NSD, I’m focused on the rest of the week and seeing how many I can manage…have surprised myself so far!
