    Had an NSD today …. But …. After declaring yesterday I realised that my driving licence was going to expire in the next month or so. I had a JFDI! moment and got a new one arranged, so that was £14 gone! 

    So, still at 6 out of 15 …..

    - OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    Happy New Year all- I hope everyone is keeping well. 

    Thank you cathybird for running the thread. I spent a lot of time over the Christmas holidays looking at my spending for the last 12 months. I definitely need to reign in grocery spending  :o  I know I always think more carefuly before spending when I am doing this challenge, so here I am  :D .

    I have already had 5 NSDs this month, aiming for 15 (I exclude milk, bread and petrol for this challenge. It really isnt worth pushing the car home just for an NSD)  :o:D:D
