Apart from my work travel and groceries which were budgeted for and frugally sourced.  Bus instead of train and only the essentials we needed 4 items that we needed on the weekly shopping list, the rested shopped from our cupboards and freezer.  I am proud to say today was another NSD.

Even better I went to Costa with my coworker and ordered a hot water.  Yes I did it and said I’m doing No Spend January.  They understand as we run a debt charity and teach budgeting and Life Skills.

The great thing is we are leading by example.

     3/25 please @cat@cathybird

    Hello
Can I join in this month please? New Year and I need to get back on track.

I'm aiming for 15 days please, but haven't made a good start as all three days so far have seen spends. Today will hopefully be day one.
Debt free since December 2015. It can be done

Question for you all….if you buy yourself something with money you got for birthday/Christmas do you class as a spend or not for this challenge?
I don't because it's not from the money you've budgeted on. xx

I'm always in it, it's only the depth that varies....

Debt free date April 2025 (though expecting this to come forward)

One more for me today. I do need to get DD some medicine, but I don't think that counts as spending. xx
