So paying off my debts iv had to put a stop on for now and get myself into what I would consider good debt a mortgage.
So the landlord is selling up and offered us it with a huge discount so we can use the discount for the deposit. this is a great opportunity for us as I can't see me and the hubby getting on the ladder anytime soon. So all out spare money (and some) is going on paying all the bits you have to pay for that. I'm classing this as a good debt as it's a house or our family home so it's not a thing I'm going to try and pay off soon. Once the mortgage has gone though we have agreed that we will aim to pay off almost or more than half our debt by Xmas then the rest next year then look and making extra payments on the house and saving to do work we want to do to it. However any extra I do earn from surveys and selling I will be paying off just means small amounts instead of large but every penny counts.Been hiding under a rock for that last few years hoping it will go away but it doesn't now is the time for the rocket 🚀 I want to be no I need to be debt free Debt free #45 £5.50- £500 1p challenge £47.19 - £667.95 (Doing this in a random order). £5 a day Jan - total £103.37 (short but only way is up£5 a day Feb - total £19.13. Good evening everyone, just checking in
Payday and monthly payments of £949.30 made in February. Not as much as last month but more the norm' going through this year.
Work bonus will be paid at the end of March, no idea how much we're looking at but a bonus after all.
Whereas in the past I'd just blow it then this year it's going off the debt.
Aiming to be debt free by the end of June 2024 and the figure owing as of now is £22,644.25
All on 0%.
Keep on keeping on.
