Hi Grumpyoldmoo.  Good to have you on board again for 2023.  Your number for this year is 11.

I'm also going to update my total for 2022 when New Year's Day arrives, then do a bit of banking and get those £2 coins back in circulation.

Hi, can I join for 2023 too please.
I've been trying to save £10 per week into my last pot, which I will continue to do this year.
I usually get cashback at Tesco customer services each week in coins if that helps anyone else!

Hi Milki.  Everyone is welcome to join in the challenge.  You are number 12  .

I also do quite well at Mr T's.  I usually pay cash for most things to keep a tight rein on my budget so, if I'm lucky, the self service checkouts often have £2 coins to decant into my change.  I've also learnt to be quite bold at the staffed checkouts too, asking for £2 coins in my change!  They all add up at the end of the year.

I know its early but my shiny new pot arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to put my £40 Christmas money all in £2 coins in there. Plus I found another 2 in my purse.

I've decided! My collection will go to buy a 5 string fretless bass! Never played fretless so could be a challenge!

Hello everyone!

Please could I join for another year of searching for those cheeky £2ers? I definitely think I've got better at sniffing them out this year! I'm going to go for a target of £200 again but this time I'm going to try to reach it before December!!!
