we love our air fryer. The game changer was putting the drawers and trays in the dishwasher. Before that I was hand washing them and it was such a chore! I’ve not mastered some things, but chips and full roast chickens are excellent done in the drawers. There are some good you tube tutorials on doing a whole chicken.

Thanks, will take a look at you tube :)
We got some liner things for it, which we're hoping will minimise the washing up.
Kids are requesting crispy chicken (like the colonel makes it) and chips.
The whole chicken thing, I can't get my head round the scale because the drawers don't look big enough.  But could just be my lack of spacial awareness :D

  • I've been doing part of each meal in the air fryer, so if something goes wrong we still have something to eat :D
Have roasted veg in it for one meal, did parmentier potatoes for another and tonight did chicken in it.  All came out really well, very pleased so far.
DH's bonus comes later this week, will be nice to get the extra in and sort out the lingering debt (except cars) and top up the pots.
Since dry January, I've been sticking to Monday-Thursday with no alcohol and it's been good.  I've been a bit rubbish on the diet front, so haven't lost any more weight, but haven't put any on either.  Been averaging 10K steps a day.  So all in all, not bad.
