Loving the compromise there, and great that the bonus will put you in such a good place generally too. Time for some budget rejigging then I assume? (I love a good rework of a budget!)🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

We are lucky with DH's bonus, it often mops up our transgressions over the previous months
, hopefully this year will be the reset point?
The furniture is nothing glamorous, it's a TV unit to replace the current one which is a Xmas tree box as it was about the right size! But it's bowing under the weight of the TV and looks a bit studenty!

Trundling along ok. I have found swimming lessons for my youngest 2 for nearly half the price. Currently paying £380 a term and will now be £200, they move to them after Easter. They both want to do an after school activity costing £50-70 a term, so not much of a saving in our actual finances, but they're doing 2 activities each. So it's better value, still expensive mind.
We've got on the @ir fryer bandwagon, it's being delivered today. Used Birthday gift vouchers to purchase and hoping it'll be a good investment.DFD March 2025 (£35000 paid off)

Good saving on the swimming lessons. I think we’ll get an air fryer once we move. We just don’t have any worktop space. Interested to see how you get on with it.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

We got a small air fryer. It's been hit and miss so far. But in the plus, the wierd one will eat chips cooked in it. So added to his very narrow diet!Debt free Feb 2021 🎉3
