@ohdearhowdidthathappen - I think I've got the same air fryer as you and I love it. Not necessarily good for the waistline but I made chocolate and peanut butter brownies (from the recipe book provided) - well to say they were yummy is an understatement 😋1

We got paid, so the money shuffle has been done etc
Nothing new going on here, although I am starting to feel restless in my job. I moved from a clinical role in the NHS into a non clinical role for a company. The job is fine and it's been lovely being outside of the NHS, which is getting even worse from what my former colleagues are saying.
But I'm in the mood for a complete career change, something that will keep me engaged and occupied for the next 20-25 years of work. I'm wondering about accountancy, but all the exams put me off a bitI nearly retrained as an accountant in my mid 20s before going down the healthcare route instead.

Other ideas I had were nutritionist or NLP/counsellor but they're both clinical roles, but with an option of doing private stuff. I think I'd like to do something where there's an option to run my own business and/or work from homeDFD March 2025 (£35000 paid off)
