Should I accept? Or can the Ombusdman give me s better outcome?

The Ombudsman MAY award more - it has to be said that £40 for the amount of hassle you've had is a remarkably small goodwill payment. Also they are being cheeky saying that the £60 is goodwill too - that's not my understanding!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Thank you
I wasn’t sure if £40 was reasonable, generous or not enough
I spoke to the Ombudsman case officer and she seems very sympathetic.
I will leave it as I believe she might decide I should take the £100 or award me more but I guess she won’t decide it should be any less as now EDF recognises their errors and are not disputing it.
