Thanks
March with just over 2000 miles excess mileage the 4 weeks time limit to charge me for it was up on monday just gone so luckily ive escaped queit a hefty bill, bare this in mind they have 4 weeks to charge you for for damage and excess mileage ,after that they can not bill you. Bvrla rules2 -
They do as thats the conditions underwhich i agreed to the lease and to which they agreed when granting the lease and written into the subscription agreement not obeying to bvrla rules /no longer using bvrla rules would only apply to new leases , which they are no longer doing and also would need to be taken out of the legal consumer credit regulated lease agreement

They're very different things ?1 -
They reference bvrla in their terms and conditions yes and to do that they have to obey by their rules which state the customer must be advised within 4 weeks from return of vehicle , that was the agreement i signed they can not just decide to retrospectivly not obey the rules underwhich i signed the lease agreement0

It would not stand in court 'oh well we dont lease any longer so dont have to obide by the rules and membership of bvrla under which we leased mr ****** his vehicle , which we were still a member of and agreement still in force when his vehicle was returned1

Upon checking the bvrla member register cazoo is still a live member and would have to obide by their rules for any existing or previous subscriptions that were taken out whilst a member of bvrla and for any agreements that reference BVRLA fair wear and tear standards in the terms and conditions they can not retrospectively withdraw that part of the t&cs without signing a new agreement or for agreements that have completed- i.e vehicle returned

When you guys returned your Subscription cars to Cazoo did they check them over while you waited?
How did the returns process work?0 -
They dont properly check them over its more just a quick scan n photos of any damage n mileage then a signature on the ipad, your cars then moved to a hub for the more stringent/thorough checks to be done in a more suitable well lit refurb centre.1
