    You will need to "report a change of circumstances" then click savings,investments and other capital from the list. You need to report all of your savings as well as any properties you own.
    The sooner you do this the better it will be for you because they will find out sooner or later. It's benefit fraud you're commiting by not telling them.
    How will I pay it back?  Instalments? 

    Yes, very likely but you'll need to make arrangements with that once you know how much the overpayment is. Did you have your property when you first claimed UC? if so then the overpayment will be from that time.
    Are you and your partner also claiming council tax reduction? If so then you'll need to tell your Local Authority as well.
