I don't know the different types of esa
    Already described in this thread
PIP is not affected by savings. Contributions based and New style ESA are both not affected by savings. Only means tested benefits like Income Related ESA,..
If she doesn’t know she needs to ask ESA. Given that she claims HB it is likely that she gets income based ESA but she may have just income based ESA or a mix of income based and contribution based ESA.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

How much is her ESA per week? Is it's more than £117.60?
You haven't answered my question here.

Does she also claim Universal Credit? In your first comment you mentioned “our housing benefit” are you living with your partner?

It's very difficult to help you without all the information.
  • She gets £354.28 a month. We live together and I get my esa paid separately

That amount suggests you're claiming UC because that amount is LCWRA element, which is part of UC, which you should be claiming as a couple because you're living together.
Your ESA should have been deducted in full from your UC entitlement.
In a previous thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6408185/income-esa/p1 you said you're receiving rental income. Do you own a property which you rent out? If so do UC know about this property?
You keep drip feeding information but no one can help without knowing all of your details.

  • My esa is deducted from hers, yes I own a property that I rent out, no they don't know

OK, she's not claiming ESA, you're claiming UC as a couple. You need to tell them about the property you own because if there's capital in that property which is worth more than £16,000 then you're not entitled to any means tested benefits, which includes UC. Any overpayment will need to be repaid back.
You really do need to tell them ASAP because if you don't they will find out and you'll be in an even worse situation. Was there any reason why you didn't tell them?

Have you declared to UC that you are a couple?

Can you give us details of your joint monthly UC payments page from your UC journal?

What rental income do you receive?

Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

This thread has revealed a completely different living situation to that implied by OP’s previous thread about his own ESA entitlement.

OP, it is impossible to advise properly without full information about your situation. In that previous thread you were concerned about what you would get when your ESA stops. What should be happening at the moment is that your ESA should be being deducted from her UC, when the ESA stops her UC would go up. Obviously if you haven’t claimed UC correctly as a couple then one of this is working as it should. More concerningly, as noted by others, if you have a second property there may be no entitlement to UC anyway (unless the second property is rented to a close relative with Limited Capability for Work or is of pension age).

Don’t think that’s relevant - it would be an addition to capital rather than income.

OP, you previously said she got Housing Benefit. If she gets UC she is more likely to be getting the housing element if UC - there are very few situations in which someone can get HB and UC. Again, without correct information from you, it isn’t possible to advise properly. If you are unclear I suggest you both go to a local advice agency with all your paperwork and try and get a proper review.

I get £333 and she gets £854,  my amount is deducted from her initial amount and paid to me.  I receive £530 rental
