Thank you for the virtual medal
Tip run was done. +1 dumpy bag of garden waste, +2 bags of textile recycling, +1 body board. Also, +4 UU toiletries and +1 for decanting into my travel bottles. +1 for scrubbing cat poo off sole of shoes rather than binning them
Now to see if we manage some more gardening before weather comes in! If not, it'll be more suitcase packingMarried 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

With the purchase of your new coat (well done on buying in the sale 👏), I am now imagining you in a brightly coloured coat striding through the Welsh countryside in the wind & rain staying perfectly dry & warm 😊
So I'm beige or as I keep telling myself, it's nearly camel and therefore a wardrobe basic. 🤣🤣🤣Aiming for a Champagne Lifestyle on a Lemonade Budget

Meanwhile I think I've gotten to the bottom of why one of my social media accounts has the wrong name on it - it's pointing at gmail rather than hotmail. Why I don't know as I never use gmail for anything other than setting my phone up with google. So having tracked that bit down I got rid of about 200 email notifications received - 1 at a time as no "empty" function was available.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Not a lot of people at the meeting last night which was good as food was sparse. I felt mean dishing out the meal and there were no seconds - I just had enough for a vulnerable man and 2 rough sleepers to take an extra meal home.
Mr F is a bit better today so popped out to post Birthday cards and distribute table sale posters. He also collected our rail tickets for Nottingham.
I popped to the community shop with some jars of horseradish and cranberry sauce that my DGd brought home from work - near date. They have a free table at the CS - things quickly go from there - I was just happy to have the jars out of my hall way.
I popped into SA on the way home - we are on duty to take in waste food this evening.
This afternoon DGd popped to see us with more jars of cranberry sauce and mint sauce.
Gave Mr F a pedicure and trimmed his beard & hair this afternoon.

So the tip run meant an empty garden waste bag, and so we were spurred on to tackle the tree trim (+1) and the buddleia cut down (+1). Bag is now full, will come with us in Thursday's parents evening (in the morning!). Then Mr Flamingo and I fixed a problem with the fence (+1) and where the back gate got damaged by the wind earlier (+1). Since that I've tidied the tool cupboard and thrown away a broken tool (+1), and been working on the packing list. Suitcase nearly full
will keep extender shut to allow for any souvenirs!

Tackled 2 frogs so far. Also sent email to a friend which has been on my list a while. Hope to deal with next frog tomorrow - it's a bit bigger and will need OH's input.
Doing well with food use ups - OH is desperate to go shopping (he's feeling better) but we can manage without. It's only 4 more days and there's plenty - I have shown him the meal plan and everything else in the cupboards that we will have to take home or bin (opened packets and jars).

Just thought I’d pop in to say hi. Nothing much to report really! My weekend planning worked - I have been crazy busy workwise and have been going straight to bed for a couple of hours after and it’s all helping 😊
having an issue with The Illness - it won’t go back in it’s box where I can mostly keep it!!! The cold has really got to me which is very unusual. Jumpers thick socks etc and have had to put the heating in. Grrr
we are finally having new double glazing where we actually need it which should help a lot! Don’t know when yet ……⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇 2024 decluttering

Couldn't find cat (cat no 2) before going to work and assume out and now found it and a large pressie on the rug as has been shut in the " best parlour" . Not that you could sit in it at the moment. Rug out but can't fit it in bin so hoping neighbour would let me use skip. Motivated me to put TV, fan, table and router on free site tonight!17

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks to include MMiM - do this before I go to bed
2. Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ I have an acronym - I.R.I.S. being Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off
3. Implement a new sleep/wake up regime - start going to bed earlier (target before 2:00 a.m.) get up earlier (target by 9:00 a.m.)
4. Deal with ‘Urgent’ daily mail immediately & the rest at the weekend
5. Don’t put it down, put it away
6. If I spot a mini task deal with it immediately e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
7. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
I dealt with the rest of my mail, then watched an episode of Silent Witness whilst the kettle was being descaled. DH zizzed some more peelings & fed the worms as well as putting shredded paper in both wormeries as bedding. Also filled the bird feeders again. Dinner was oven baked ready prepared chicken breasts with spinach, mash, cabbage & peas. Whilst everything was cooking I tried to get in touch with my cousin R on both landline & mobile but had to leave messages. I am getting a bit concerned as I have have been trying to get in touch for the last two weeks with no success 😟Wudupa.

Excellent decluttering flamingo747 👏 Hope the weather stayed fine enough to continue gardening 🤞
dND, I would definitely go with ‘classic’ wardrobe basic 😉 & as Brie suggests it can be brightened up using colourful accessories - scarf, hat or even a large brooch 😊
Brie, any chance of some pics of your vast scarf collection 🙏 You might have had to delete the emails one at a time BUT the satisfaction when it was done 😉😊
Florenceem, another busy couple of days 👏 Pleased to hear that MrF was feeling better today 😊 & that after his hair & beard trim I imagine he is looking very dapper 🙂
Excellent decluttering & completion of garden tasks flamingo747 👏
Excellent work dealing with frogs oceanspirit 👏 & well done on persuading OH that no shopping is required 👏 Hopefully by using up food stocks you will have saved some ££££s 🤞
Nice to see you Muddy_Walker 👋 Sorry to hear that the cold weather is causing issues with The Illness 😔 Although well done on taking naps after work - some proper TLC 😊 Fingers crossed that the double glazing gets fitted very soon 🤞
TC77, hope cat 2 has forgiven you for shutting it in the ‘best parlour’ 😉 Fingers crossed that the items listed will be snapped up quickly 🤞 Sorry no experience re the linen but a quick search suggested baking soda or vinegar & lemon juice.
Currently DSis & I are catching up on episodes of Casualty - very depressing all round 😔 Then off to bed.
