Thursday is a damp dreary day but again not up until 13:00 😔 By changing to winter bedding I have made our bed too snuggly 😱 The recycling collection hasn’t happened (yet) but not an issue as the wheelie bin is only a third full 😉 I have written a shopping list & just waved DH off 🙂
First batch of cheerleading coming up 🙂
Crazycatlady2, sorry to hear that Tuesday was “one of THOSE days” 😔 Whatever you decide to do about the roof bars will be the right decision 😊
flamingo747, I think a mandatory 10% of NHS patients at every dental practice is too little 😔 Perhaps it should be nearer 50% with a minimum of 30% 🤨 Excellent decluttering 👏 & wishing you every success in reaching your new target 🙂
Excellent decluttering short_bird 👏 Hill Street Blues was one of my favourite shows of the 1980’s with NYPD Blue being my favourite of the 90’s & early 00’s 🙂 Thanks for the memories 😊
Great work tackling sentimental paperwork flamingo747 👏
TC77, so very sorry (& rather annoyed) that the legal system has let you down 😔 😖 especially after all the effort you have put in 😔 No need to creep into the TLC Carriage 😉 I think you should just go in & settle into one of the lovely massage chairs, put in an order for snacks & drinks & just chat to your fellow declutterati who are currently spending time in the TLC Carriage 😊
Well done QueenJess - tidying & decluttering 👏
TC77, well done on taking note of flamingo747’s suggestion by accidentally leaving your To Do list on the train 👏
One page caught up 🥳

I had so many pages to catch up on - not posted on here since Sunday morning. I didn't go to the afternoon Church service as my cold gave me a headache and sore throat.
Had a day mainly at home on Monday apart from locking up at SA in the evening.
We were at a funeral on Tuesday at the first Church that I attended. In the afternoon I was counting money with my SA captain. In the evening we took in a food delivery at SA.
Yesterday was a very busy day - I was still feeling poorly but needed to be at SA as we were low on volunteer numbers. Went to get our new rail passes in the afternoon.
My next door neighbour has locked herself out twice in 4 days - told her that we are going away soon so she won't be able to get her spare key so easily.
Yesterday evening I had a phone call from my captain - SA building's burglar alarm had gone off - he was worried about me going round to sort it but it wasn't a break in - just a confused rather deaf soldier who hadn't turned off the alarm correctly when he went in to set up band practice.
Mr F has not been able to eat since 9 am ahead of a procedure at the hospital tomorrow.

@Siebrie so sorry to hear all your daughter has had to go through , and well done for taking action and getting others to. Glad the school.now taking seriously. I remember about 13/14 years ago when I raised issue for my oldest the school saying its only looks and comments as if unless it's phsyical its not bullying.
Last night went through fabrics I was given. Have enough thar I love I'm not using to not keep things I don't like. Hope to take after work today. Some fabric and boot trees put aside for dd1 . Also have large lampshade for cs. Will do nos later.

A quick update as pleased to say I managed two more car loads of greenery to recycling. There is one more load out there - then the logs to tackle. Will go to tip in the morning once DGCs have gone to school.
1385-1398 14 bags of greenery to recycling
1399 Electrical item to recycling - no idea what it was - given to me by DS2 to get rid of
1400 Calendars updated
The stuff had all got wet and smelly so I needed a shower afterwards but I did get into town and get a couple of items for the DGCs.2025 Decluttering Campaign 697/2025 🏅🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟🌟

DH is back from shopping & I have put everything away. The weather hasn’t improved - it has been dark & damp all afternoon 😔 Straight into cheerleading 🙂 before I sort out the fridge which is a bit of a mess 😔
Wow, you were busy in the garden yesterday Liverpool_Anne 👏 Please can we see a photo when you finish crocheting ln’s scrappy blanket 🙏 Lovely comments for vulpix 😊 I was so pleased to hear that your DSis has decided to visit DNiece 😊
Oh Siebrie, I am so very sorry that your DD has been subjected to such awful treatment by her peers 😔 Sending many 🤗 & ❤️ One thought I had was that as both the schools are now fully up to date with all the information about the bullying, I think that they should both send “written” apologies to your DD & you. I also agree with Floss that the parents of all the bullies should confirm precisely what they are/will be doing. Your last comment “we live in a small village and the parents clearly indicated that they would talk to their child and that would have to be enough” sounded more like the parents sticking their heads in the sand & hoping the whole situation would just go away 😔 I must qualify my comment by stating that never having been a parent I have no idea of the emotions in play 😔 As a further precaution against a recurrence I would keep copies of all the parents apologies.
Finally, I would like to thank everyone for their support of Siebrie & her DD 🥹
flamingo747, well done on filling a bag for CS 👏 & hopefully you managed to drop it off today & add to your numbers 🤞 Good luck with the banner & good luck to Mr Flamingo with the half marathon 🍀 Fingers crossed that the weather is dry & warmish 🤞
vulpix I fell off the sofa reading your comment “We are on the way to Cheshire Oaks outlet village. Not my idea of a nice time but I have to let Mr V enjoy himself sometimes. 🤣” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Excellent work finishing your ufo’s 👏 Is the basket almost empty now?
QueenJess, sorry to hear that you were feeling unwell yesterday 🤒 Hope you are feeling better today but if not do pop into the TLC Carriage for a bit of rest & relaxation 🙏
Excellent decluttering flamingo747 👏 You are speeding along to your new target 🥳
Great decluttering Wednesday2000 👏 Hope DH is ok after his flu jab 🤞 I am also keeping my fingers crossed that the quote for bulky waste removal is not too expensive 🤞 Good luck with the chiropodist appointment 🍀
Wise words Floss 😊
2Scratters, that is so inestimably sad 😞 Poor girl & her poor family 😢 Your decluttering might be a bit mixed but I can see there is more going out than coming in 👏 I now have a huge grin at your comment “There are again some useful household bits to be used up, this is DH finding stuff - there are no justin's or may's involved in this relocation. I'm just not sure how long we are supposed to live for” 😄
One more page caught up, so off to make another drink & maybe sort the fridgewill come back later for another burst of cheerleading 🙂

Another top in CS bag but didn't get it to drop off. Went through one of the places I have sheets, also has hangers so those have been put in the wardrobe, some paper stuff out, broken hanger binned and emails re DDs student DSA stuff as seems quite complicated. Need to tidy dining room table where I'm now working and kitchen so hope to update later. Really need to do the like with like to see how much of everything I have - definitely supplies beyond lifetime needs (can't remember the acronym).
Can't have friends round at the moment and really want to change that - not even let someone n the front door!
