Hi @applepad MMiM was Mini Missions in March. Then Mini Missions in May. Small challenges that we set ourselves in those months.....most of mine still need doing actually, I have a list. Ooops
@Mrs_Salad_Dodger great minds think alike. Or is it fools seldom differ? Joke. Tis obviously great minds 😊. I had to pop back to the optician's this morning to have my glasses adjusted as they kept slipping down my nose ....one thing in their favour they are extremely handy and easy to get to. As I was driving home I decided that I'll nip to Mr As's after work one evening and price up /buy a ditzy pair and some prescription sunglasses. That'll get me over going somewhere for the first time angst.
Which reminds me. I am no longer a Mr Al virgin. I decided to be brave and mse and nip in on my way home from the optician's.
Decluttering? I have another seven books ready to go to cs.

I've nine books read and ready to go out, but other than that not much decluttering going on here to be honest. I cluttered a mug that someone else bought me, which I'll swap for one at work I'm not so keen on and leave the less attractive one in the kitchen cupboard for visitors/newbies.
I also bought a top - summery, short sleeved, broderie anglaise style.
I planned to declutter some blood, but my haemoglobin is 110, so they've told me no thank you and to contact the GP. Blood test booked for Tuesday morning. Meanwhile I've bought multivitamins with iron and lots of iron rich things like spinach and nuts in the hope it'll head back up. I suspect it's diet as I had this before (albeit over 30 years ago). Too many milky coffees and carbs and not enough proper food.

Mr F received his swapped stamps this morning.
I have made a Birthday card and a wedding one today.
Rain forecast for late afternoon here.
Not much to add to my numbers today - 17 so I am behind target but not bothered as I did so well while Mr F was in hospital.
Tomorrow is carnival day here - SA is having two floats - well I think it is still going ahead after our loss - member had been at the corp for many years and so loved. Open air service tomorrow on the green where carnival sets off from.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Didn't make it to the bank yesterday as it closed an hour earlier than I expected. Will have to try to make it next week before the entire branch shuts down!!! Or go into town and find a place to park which will cost of course.
OH stated at breakfast that today is the day he (aka we) would be tackling the room of doom. Which of course means he's sitting on the sofa asleep with the cricket on. Will go and wake him in a bit and get him to put away the towels drying on the rack in RoD (they can't be folded apparently but must be rolled(????)) and then help me load anything that is fit to go to the chazzer into his tank as that will be easier than in my toy car.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I finally got rid of my book donations today (they go to a chazzer specifically for books) and managed to escape without looking at the shelves 😊
I also had a sort out of my Ikea Billy cabinets by shuffling things around and acquiring 2 glass shelves off Marketplace, then released one of those teacup-on-a-teapot things which I don't use, and a glass domed cheese board ditto. It was never used and was a gift to me & ex-husband from ex-friend Christmas 2017 so feel no loyalty to keep it for Justin!
Next thing to tackle will be glasses - I have one set of 8 crystal champagne flutes, one set of 4 and one smaller engraved crystal one. There is also another 4 tumblers that can go plus a couple of random ones from gift sets, plus one pair of brandy goblets ... I think I'm on a roll now!2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Some stuff delivered to charity shop as hoped. Not enough but it's something. And because OH was waiting in the car while I did the hauling I didn't get the chance to look at the lovely scarves they had on display. Just as well.
After doing the rounds at Tasco we got home and I thanked OH for helping with the delivery to the charity to which he piffled. I then mentioned how nice it is that the carport is slowly (5.5 years!!!) clearing out and he agreed it was nice. So then I could mention that someone on freegle was asking for a folding wheelchair and since his mom's 2 hadn't sold did he want me to offer them......"ok, yeah, I guess that's best." So not an over enthusiastic response but one that's heading in the right direction.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. A busy 24 hours which consisted of a funeral yesterday, followed by dentist and a filling. Back to the funeral wake with Dd (I did check first and other children there, was very informal). Went to SW this morning, gained 1.5 lbs followed by the chiropractor.
Think I need to hide in the TLC carriage, feeling sorry for myself, tired, in pain from the filling and sore from chiropractor and gained weight. Will go easy on myself.
Hoping to get away this week for a few nights, just need to book somewhere.16 -
I am very very pleased that I have finally managed to clear out a load of stuff I was storing for my mum. Back in May it was brought to our house with the hope it could go back in a week or two - it has left today 😱
With it gone we have started a shift around, which will be continuing into tomorrow, but the hardest part is done now.
Also managed to release quite a few items of clothes, which will go to the charity shop as soon as I can get there.
Mr Puppy's mum will be taking 3 sets of worn our bedding, unfortunately she lives in London so we are likely to have to keep hold of them for another few months, but I know they are going.
It is nice to have the house space back!14 -
Hope you feel better soon Fizz 🤗
Glad Mr SD got on well with his appointments this week 😊
Today I have decluttered my hysteroscopy, no polyps - the consultant thinks they may have been clots or something from my cyst that scarpered a couple of months ago. Asked me if i wanted to see the internal pictures i said of course, not something you see everyday 🤣 all appears to be well and I am at home now 😁. When I got back guess who was there to greet me?!
Going to have a rest up this weekend and then Tues I start my new challenge: run a total of 60 miles during August to raise money for MNDA. Managed to raise the target of £150 so far and apparently there are over 11000 people taking part in the challenge 😀 👍.

Nothing in or out today but got some tasks done that had been bugging me & I made it to the gym.
Church & meeting up with a friend tomorrow.
