I'd like to join for 2023 please. I'm aiming for a net reduction (think that's the right term) of one thing a day in 2023 - so for everything I bring in something must go out (not necessarily immediately but soonish) and then another 365 things need to go out on top of that by the end of the year.Fashion on the Ration 2023 - 26 coupons left

I’d love to join please. I was a hardcore Kondo-ite pre-pandemic, but everything’s slipped. I need to go through every draw and box and tidy and declutter.I don’t have that much stuff, and I only live in one room flat, so I’ll aim for getting rid of 365 items during 2023.Saving for Christmas 2023 - £1 a day: #16. £90/£365

I'm in for 2023 😊
2022 was a costly & busy year - lots of decorating & home improvement done but some clutter has crept back in. I'm hoping to stay well - I am starting trialling a 9-day fortnight in the new year too. Plans include a new bedroom carpet & sorting my garden, with a few tweaks here & there too.

Please may I join in again for 2023 ? I've really enjoyed being part of the decluttering thread 2022 with all my ups and downs. There's been so much love and encouragement, plus the superb cheerleading of MrsSD of course, so who wouldn't want to be part of that for another year.

Hello everyone 🙋♀️ long time lurker but ready to join - I think! Not sure exactly how I’m going to do this but I will split it into categories, so for example, clothing and shoes, toiletries and make up, household items (bedding, ornaments etc) and Kitchen stuff. Then I’ll probably need a miscellaneous section as well!I don’t think my house is too bad at the moment, at least on the surface, as I did a major Declutter about 18 months ago but I’ve realised that nearly every cupboard and wardrobe etc. is almost full to the brim and that’s what’s bothering me - there’s so much stuff that I’m keeping -just in case- and I’m never gonna use all the stuff so I want rid of it.I’ve Also come to realise that it’s definitely me that’s the problem, not husband or son, so I need to get a grip and make things more streamlined.I’m dying to get started But I’m going to hang on till New Year as I’m afraid I’m going to run out of stuff 🤦♀️I’ve found a decluttering site with a printout of 2023 boxes to tick off but I, going to go for 500 at a time to hopefully gain a medal each time 🤞😁
Roll on January 1st.Declutter challenge 2023.

@joanie welcome aboard, remember the rule of the 7 P’s. Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Pee (or a stronger word if you prefer) Poor Performance. Prep now will mean you tackle 2023 with a plan (and it looks like your planning has already started)Declutter 2023 ⭐️

I’m an occasional poster and regular lurker ,I would like to join in 2023 .
not sure where to start ,as there’s stuff everywhere
I’m going o try and plan for Jan 1st ,but will try and follow the legendary Roundtoit and one thing at a time .This includes posting regularly , not sure how to keep count !16 -
Oh my. I've got something to live up to now. I'm legendary 😊. That's made me smile.
@Suffolksue I don't count everything as I know I'd get obsessed with the numbers. Apart from aiming to reduce my books by 50% ish. And I never know where to start but I've realised that as long as I do start it really doesn't matter where. That doesn't sit well with me as I'm a methodical creature of routine by nature. But there simply isn't a natural starting point so I go with the flow.
Welcome aboard the EDT. Welcome to all the newbies joining us on our journey. There's always room for more if you are reading this and feeling shy...please do join us.
Love to all
