Wednesday 2000,don't you just love dreams. I was dreaming that I bought a field and made a garden, and had to ask loads of people to leave who were trespassing. Like LOADS of people,as in the Peak Park busy. In real life that field had a school and a housing estate built on it 40 years ago. Thinking about it,it had an amazing bank of bluebells, all gone now.
Well, good news about Mr SD. Here's hoping he is back home soon. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed.
Good news for you too Granny kate.Well done with your weight loss too. It's hard with RL and parties in the mix.
Diminua,good repurposing,I like your style.
Florenceem your Easter makes are lovely and will be sure to sell quickly.
Roundtuit I am pleased that you are ready to take on a new bird friend. What will the new one be called? My Mum always had a budgie, they were all called Joey.
Great book sale weenancy. It is a great idea to give the children's books for free.
lindos90, Hello and welcome.
Sorry to hear your day out didn't happen Grandmanerd. I hope it is postponed not cancelled.
Thank you everyone for posting. I love to read along will all your adventures.
My little holiday was just what the Dr ordered. It had been booked before MIL passed away for my Birthday. The B&B was stunning. A Regency building with antique furniture, very tasteful. The kaffe Fassett exhibition was also great. I did struggle with walking. Yikes, feeling faint several times plus sinus blocked. DD1 who is still here has taken me in hand and bought me over the counter nasal spray which she says is addictive and should be in her opinion prescription only. It's ok she is an NHS specialist. She has also given me hyacinths today to test my smelling powers.haha. Once next week is over I will persevere and get a GP appointment. Dr Google thinks that I may be having side effects from my recently increased blood pressure medicine.
Today DD1 and I are going to my Mother's house to have a sort out of DD1's beanie babies,my little ponies and Sylvanians. I also have stuff there that I was saving for a car boot sale. Not doing one now so it can all go to the chazzer. I think I will take it to the local church one who are where I have been donating MIL's things to. We are going to visit my Mum at DB's afterwards.
Next week will be very busy, tidying MIL's bungalow ready for the Funeral to leave from there on Thursday. We have our friends funeral on Wednesday in Leicestershire so only Monday and Tuesday to crack on.
Take care chums,Happy Mothering Sunday. Vx

Mrs SD You and Mr SD have really been through the wringer the last few days. I'm so pleased he is much improved and will be home shortly. I also love how you managed to whack on 2,400 steps to his watch for him LOL.

Glad Mr SD is planning for home that’s great news.I am in maintenance mode, haven’t tackled any of the Doom filled areas I mentioned last week, but I am really pleased that I am managing my new routine and the house is generally cleaner and tidier than it used to be. I am going to continue to keep up the routine, and maybe Easter holidays when I have a few days at home with LO I can try and move forwards again. Most importantly I am not going backwards 🤪13

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks to include MMiM - do this before I go to bed
2. Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ I have an acronym - I.R.I.S. being Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off -
3. Implement a new sleep/wake up regime - start going to bed earlier (target before 2:00 a.m.) get up earlier (target by 9:00 a.m.)
4. Deal with ‘Urgent’ daily mail immediately & the rest at the weekend
5. Don’t put it down, put it away
6. If I spot a mini task deal with it immediately e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
7. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Straight into cheerleading as I am determined to catch up 😉
Good Friday decluttering roundtuit 👏
2Scratters, thanks for the kind wishes re DH 🙂 Great decluttering on Friday 👏 Good luck with your ebay sales 🍀 hopefully lots of pennies 😉 What a lovely work colleague 😊 You will have to keep in touch otherwise you will have to make GD’s birthday cake 😂 As it is Sunday ‘Happy 13th Birthday to GD’ 🎉
Excellent decluttering kboss2010 👏 and Good luck with the clothes cull 🍀 Do remember to take a before & after photo of both your wardrobe & bedroom floor 😉 It will remind you that you are a successful declutterer 😊
Siebrie, Yippee to 9 month old clutter going to the dump 🥳 Your husband seems to struggle a bit with timekeeping 😉😉
QueenJess, now you have got me curious about what 2Scratters is replacing her modern Tupperware with 🤔 When I read the post originally I thought it might be replaced with older style Tupperware from her parents house 🙂 Excellent digital decluttering 👏 Hope you managed to get your tidying done before DH’s family descended on Saturday 🤞
Liverpool_Anne hope the rain stayed away on Friday🤞 Although it transpires that DH didn’t have Covid at least hospitals are not being so cavalier 😮💨 Sadly I definitely have to agree with your assessment that too few people are taking Covid seriously 😔 Having been using public transport frequently over the last few days, I have noticed that I am frequently the ONLY one wearing a mask 😖 I had forgotten how exhausting hospital visiting is - the last time was 11 years ago when DH had his motorcycle accident & I was so much younger so bounced back a lot quicker 😉
roundtuit, hopefully the bird table was undamaged 🤞
I agree Dfw38, if these “carefree attitudes (to Covid) continue” we are in for a really tough time next winter 😔 & the NHS will be put under even more strain. The whole situation makes me want to weep 😪 but of course that won’t help.
MadamMim2013, Thank you for your kind thoughts, 🍇 for DH & a hug for me 😊 especially when you have your own worries about OH’s BP 😔 It is good that it is being looked into & hopefully a treatment plan will be put into place pdq 🤞Great decluttering on Friday 👏 & well done on raising the rent to cover the upgrade to fibre 😉
Thank you retiredinfrance 😊 Apparently the hospital registrar & the specialist Consultant both commended the doctor who had told DH to go straight to A&E if he had another ‘episode’
Thanks daisy_1571 😊 A few ‘dodgy hugs’ & a lot of holding hands 😉
Florenceem, Sorry to hear about both your other SA leader succumbing to Covid & MrF having a fall 😔Pleased to hear that he is OK. Excellent work decluttering all those chocolate oranges & completing another 13 bunnies 👏
Muddy_Walker, sorry but I was naughty & we did have a few dodgy hugs even before we knew it was a ‘false positive’ 😥 Having had a busy work week & about to have a busy weekend, please take time for a visit to the TLC Carriage 😊
Good work TC77 👏 You definitely need to remember to count completing frogs in your totals 😉
Thank you for your kind wishes D123456789 😊 I have been a good female (I would have been reaching rather a lot to use ‘girl’ as I originally intended 😂) as far as mask wearing is concerned 😊
What a busy Friday Florenceem, catching up on posts & making so many bunnies 👏
No wonder you are aching daisy_1571 😉 Country dancing, painting & weeding - I was exhausted just reading about your busy Friday 🙂 Lucky you, seeing a ladybird 🐞😊, I think the last one I saw was July last year ☹️
Gradually catching up but about to make myself another drink & I think I should get dressed 😉 It is looking very gloomy outside so fingers crossed it doesn’t rain 🤞
MrsSD (a superwoman) 😇 🎖💐🤩🏅🦸🏅💐🏆 💐🍰🍾🌟⭐️🌟 💐🏅💐🏅 💐

Brilliant! So pleased for you both. Look after yourselves now as worrying times need time to settle back to normal. That’s a bit confused but I hope you see what I mean.
