Finally, I have caught up again, before the train speeds off again! Very belated thanks, @Mrs_Salad_Dodger, for my medal, and especially for the one for DH as well 😊. Sorry, I have lost track of who said what, but hugs to all those struggling, and thank you to everyone who has shared experiences and advice.
Decluttering was on the back burner last week, when work threatened to become all consuming. I was going to limp along to the TLC carriage, but opened a kitchen drawer on the way, and hey presto, managed to pull out a jam making funnel (I have 2, one has now left the building) and a packet of ancient jam pot covers, complete with rotten elastic bands and non-sticky sticky labels. It looks as if I’m back on the decluttering journey.I have pulled out an old carpet cleaner from the depths of the under-stairs cupboard, where Justin has been hiding it since I inherited it from my mum 11 years ago. A friend wants to see if it works. Once it leaves the house, I will be resisting it coming back in. DH thinks that Justin still need it…16 -

Evening All
Continuing with my paper sorting on my second round, now have a good idea of what's there and how to deal with it, also feeling more able to let certain things go, second round should be a lot quicker. Shredded 92 pieces, recycled 5.
Went through one of my kitchen cupboards, the following to the charity shop:
Electric food steamer - new
Coffee maker - new
Small casserole dish
Cookie cutters
Coasters
I'm not sure if anyone else feels like this but I'm feeling a sense of momentum, the more i do, the more I feel like doing, which is why I want to keep doing at least a little bit every day.Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can

any thoughts if a charity shop will want a slightly (twice?) used foot spa?
