Has anyone got one of these yet, if so can they be battery powered?
Don't want to buy too many as don't have alot of plug sockets!

I got a couple packs of these motion lamps from Argos the other day - can be powered by batteries or a 3-way split transformer. A pack of 3 is only £5 and each has its own effects. They are a shing chrome effect, not a brushed chrome as the photo indicates.
