They weren't able go into too much detail on the segment as it was only 2 and half minutes long and they wanted to get a range of quotes from residents about the affect it has had on individuals. They were here for 2 hours speaking and filming with us getting the background and I gave them all the legal position on it and we had a good discussion with our MP so that was reassurring. She said FirstPort have been ignoring her letter and calls.

Great that you got the BBC and your local MP interested in what has been foisted upon you.  Brilliant effort!

Apart from the use of the F word by the narrator, that was a good TV report.

The MP was good, and there was balance because after the MA statement one of the residents effectively said it wasn't true and there had been no consultation.

It's a shame the word unregulated wasn't in there, nor were the words rogues, scammers, and bloodsuckers used by MPs.

Yep I particularly liked the resident at the end 😉

BBC were there for 2 hours and we did give detailed interviews about the whole situation and explained what scumbags UKCPM and FirstPort are but they only had 2 minutes 30 and I appreciate BBC have to remain impartial and not make any accusations they can't back up with evidence.

An update today I have just provided our local MP further details and documents as evidence refuting FirstPorts statement on the BBC piece and they are going to discuss the matter further this week so hopefully we will hear back from them soon.

Spoken with more and more residents from the estate and keep hearing even more shocking stories about UKCPM and FirstPort. Safe to say once UKCPM are booted out FirstPort are next.

Just another quick update. Another letter today from UKCPM, the follow up to the second "penalty" from back in November. Seems their enforcement guys can travel through time as the original letter and evidence photos were from 20:45 but the letter they have sent today with same photos now says it was issued 05:08. Not sure how I can possibly expect to win against a foe who does not even have to abide by the rules of space and time.

Oh and no response still to my online appeals and it is now way over the 35 days they state they should respond by.

 I am busy planning a wedding now as well to add to my stress so struggling to find time but I will persevere!
