  • I've just asked the sender for a replacement or refund  as there is no certainty that Evri have it.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Does anyone know of a way to contact Evri? Their support email is discontinued, and their “help centre” is just an automated bot, which is beyond pointless.

I actually want to raise a formal complaint as they’ve “lost” two items in as many weeks, but I literally can’t find a way to contact them.

Email the CEO. They usually reply within a couple of days.
  • Well,  Evri have done it again.

I ordered goods on the 12th December and Evri collected them from the retailer on the 14th. (this has been confirmed by the retailer) and they should have delivered to me on the 16th but there has been no sign of them and the Evri tracking page is like the rest of the company, useless.

    It shows this:

and if you click on the "Let's try and fix this" link, you end up here:

I've just contacted the retailer again and requested a refund and I'll place a new order from a company that doesn't use Evri.
  • Well thanks Evri. You delayed the sender from telling me that you had lost the item. They then refunded me and I had to reorder the item. Great but the item was not availabe for christmas so had to pay more to geet one elsewhere.

  • Evri is the bane of my life to be honest, currently looking at a expensive Christmas present that was ordered 2 weeks ago and spent 10 days sitting in their depot. Highly doubt it will arrive before Christmas.

What's more frustrating is when you can't choose your courier, I'd never use them yet the company I ordered from decided to use them.

What's annoying is said company is just saying "check evri tracking"...

I know they legally have 30 days to deliver but its taking the !!!!!! actually using said days over the Christmas period, more frustrating when evri themselves have no complaints procedure!.

Royal mail and DHL been fantastic to be fair, even got a package from Germany arrive before evri!.

  • This email address may be useful.

I have previously received replies from it when using their online support chatbot:

    EvriSupport@evri.com

  • Update to previous post.

I’ve just tried to send an email to the above address but received a reply advising that “ This email address is no longer a Customer Service contact channel so if you have a question about a parcel, please visit our website, where you can use our Digital Assistant, Holly, to log an enquiry with Customer Services or she will point you in the right direction.”

It seems that their chatbot is the only way to get in touch with them for support.

I’ve found that they do reply but it takes 3 working days for a reply, excluding weekends and sometimes a bit longer.

Hermes had to rebrand to Evri because of the monumental amount of bad press and reviews .
This was in the extreme and still getting worse.

I dont know of any other business .....courier or not that has had to rebrand because they had so much negativity  .

Before they were Hermes they had at least 2 name changes to try to get away from a poor image, one of those names was White Arrow.  You would think that by now they might have realised that they need to change more than their name if they want to improve, because people are not that stupid.
