Thank you Nurse Flowers. It is very much appreciated.
It certainly shook me up. One minute I was upright and the next I was on the floor on top of the wooden stairgate hubby built to stop the dog with my arm firmly wedged over the top of the bannister rail. Luckily it seems only the stair gate was broken in the whole unfortunate incident!
I honestly don't know if there is a part of my body which does not hurt today (in fact I hurt more than yesterday so guess the bruising is coming out) and I've got a banging headache so think I may have hit my head for good measure too!

I'm not very good at sitting doing nothing but I will try - promise :)
I might just have to grab my laptop whilst sitting there - does that count as still resting?

Thank you Cornish_mum. I'm taking it as easy as I know how  x

You are right I have to remember what they were like to me - I shall repeat it in my head 1000 times just to make it sink in :)

Thank you Baileys x I sort of listened but it appears I just don't like sitting still!!!

You are right about today. I think I'm hurting even more than yesterday - family not helping me much - they just keep laughing at me :(

I'm going to try and take it easy to say although so far its not going too well ;)

    Morning all.

I tried to rest as much as I could but apparently my brain just wants me to busy all the time so I did manage to get some gentle things crossed off my list yesterday :) Sorry Nurse Flowers x

I'm hurting even more today I think which I didn't think was possible but my brain is once again telling me that I need to be busy so it decided to make me start tidying up my craft room early this morning (which desperately needs it) but my body is telling me no! I will just have to finish the little area I started as I cannot get back out of the room until everything in that bit is put back but I think after that I will have no choice but to rest for a bit. Hopefully the boys will say lets have a takeaway tonight and if not I think I will be suggesting it :)

I have to go and collect son from his girlfriends house this morning and I was hoping to take the doggie for a long walk later but not sure my body will be up to that to be honest so she may have to wait until hubby gets home later this afternoon. I'll take her in the garden for a little run around instead (her not me obviously) ;)

Other than that again I have nothing exciting planned although I really do want to achieve a little bit more today so once again I'm going to pop my list up and see what happens :)

    So today I MIGHT:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 32 points today so far :)
    2. Answer enquiries for two FB Marketplace listings - DONE hopefully they will buy as both things now been listed a while :)
    3. Drop round sample wedding invites
    4. Make up jewellery planner for order received on website and post off along with bracelets
    5. Print and bind nail planner for Etsy order received yesterday
    6. Print and bind sewing planner for Etsy order
    7. Make guardian angel gonk for Etsy order received early this morning
    8. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    9. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders - DONE commented on three posts :)
    10. Write remaining social media posts for February and schedule - posted for today :)
    11. Look for Scan and Shop booklet and scanner - still no sign :(
    12. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    13. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    14. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    15. Action one thing from my business growth list
    16. Create a new craftsuprint listing
    17. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    18. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
    19. List board games we no longer play on FB Marketplace along with necklace found during decluttering - not listed these but have listed some tartan fabric I found whilst sorting through a box in my craft room :)
    20. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    21. Sort more of craft room - DONE done one shelf today and the floor and have a bin bag full of rubbish and a few things ready to try and sell :)
    22. No heating on until at least 4pm - DONE did not put it on at all as felt very mild :)
    23. Declutter 5 things from the house - counting my craft room bin bag as doing this today :)
    24. Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
    25. Take a course from one of my memberships
    26. NSD - failed as I ordered a storage box to tame my craft stash from Amazon. It was on special offer (I saved £3) so in my head it s a NSD even if it really isn't :) Also opted for a take away last night which was yummy :)
Ambitious and I seem to be aching more just typing all of that lot!!

Sorry but unsurprised you're in more pain. Very saddened by the lack of support from your family.

Could your son take the dog for a walk?
