It must be such a relief that you have sold FIL's car.
It certainly is. I honestly was getting worried that we were going to be stuck with it. Either that or we were going to lose a lot of money on it. It also served as a constant reminder to me about my niece so I'm so pleased that it has gone and the money is safely back in our bank account.Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -

Morning all.
Its very windy out there today and already lots of fallen branches around so I'm not really looking forward to the drive to the interviews today. Stay safe everyone.
Yesterday's chicken casserole was lovely and I have two portions left so they will either go into the freezer or will get eaten this week instead of something on my list
Other than the interviews I don't have anything else planned so am hoping that I will be able to knuckle down this afternoon and plough through my list
So today I WILL:-- Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 97 points so far
- Check the date on sausages, mince and pork chops to decide what we are having for dinner tonight - DONE sausage and mash tonight, Mince beef filled yorkies on Friday and pork chops on Sunday
- Research Lidl and work on some answers for interview - DONE now just to try and remember them
- Make custom order book for Etsy order and post off
- Lidl interview - DONE think it went ok but will find out Monday

- Apply for more jobs found on Indeed - decided not to apply for anymore now I have already been offered two
- List board games we no longer play on FB Marketplace along with necklace found during decluttering
- Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner
- No heating on until at least 4pm (oil is getting low so we need to be careful until the delivery (which hubby is ordering today) arrives) - DONE I'm feeling very warm with my oodie snoodie and slippers on and we are low on oil so not planning on putting it on tonight
- Sort more of craft room
- Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
- Take a course from one of my memberships
- NSD - DONE not going anywhere now to spend money and asked hubby to pick up a couple of bits I need from the shop for tonight's dinner

Morning all.
I've got no interviews today so I won't know what to do with myself
Only joking - I've got so much that I can be getting on with so I will hopefully have a productive day and get lots crossed off my list although son seems to have given me his lurgy he has been struggling with for the last week as I've got a really bad headache and sore throat so I might just end up going back to bed if the puppy dog will allow it she's been very needy these last few days)
Weather wise its a dull and cloudy morning so I might try and get the dog walked early so we don't get wet I think!
Other than that a day of pottering around and doing all those little jobs which need doing is in order - I'm so rock n roll
I'm starting to get excited for picking up the camper van on Saturday (although not so excited as seeing £16k come out of the savings account) so I better tell him when we will be there as we don't want to have to reverse it on our drive in the dark so it needs to be the afternoon sometime.
So today I WILL:-- Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 22 points so far
- Make custom order book for Etsy order and post off - made will post off tomorrow
- Make 10 mini seed packs for Etsy order and post off - made and will post off later today
- Print double sided plantable cards and post off - made will post off tomorrow
- Design proofs for stickers and send to customer - DONE customer just approved so will print and post tomorrow
- Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
- Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders
- Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities - got 3 more survey sites I could join so will investigate those tomorrow
- Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
- Action one new thing from my MFW list
- Action one thing from my business growth list
- Download CV's and covering letters before trial runs out and cancel subscription - DONE
- Sort out craftsuprint listing
- Work out where to pull the money for the camper so we lose the least interest - DONE think I can get away with juggling money around so we only have to take £6k out of high interest account
- Take a survey on Prime Opinion
- Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
- List board games we no longer play on FB Marketplace along with necklace found during decluttering
- Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner
- No heating on until at least 4pm - DONE and actually not that cold so hoping will not need to go on all night
- Sort more of craft room
- Declutter 5 things from the house
- Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
- Take a course from one of my memberships
- NSD - DONE after dinner I'm planning on going to bed as feeling a bit rough so no spending for me today

You have set yourself a very long list for today, good luck with fulfilling it, but remember to look after yourself you don't want to burn out 🤗Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

You have interviews flying in! Lid is supposed to be a great place to work and they have a management programme - and 10% off is always v helpfulDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

You were right, it was just too much for me so I listened to my body and took the chance to rest.
I'm still feeling a bit pants today but much better than yesterday so I will add my list but if I don't get it done then I don't get it done but I promise I will put myself first and listen to my body when it tells me to rest xMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.021
