    Morning all,

Later than usual again but I've been working hard trying to tidy my craft room and decluttering it as it is full to bursting and I think it's getting in the way of my creativity (mind you falling down the stairs probably didn't help that either!) :)

My craft room is really the only thing on my hit list today as I only have the order I am waiting to hear from the customer on and the wedding invites which I am waiting payment for (I can't see me getting a lot from Etsy this month sadly). It's raining so that always seems to motivate me with inside jobs so fingers crossed I can get lots more done. It's nota  big room but it really is filled from top to bottom and I am going through every single thing in it to help me decide if I really want to keep it or not, so it's a long job :(

I'm also really hoping my birth certificate turns up today after paying £35 for the express service!

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 39 points today so far :)
    2. Check and see if customer has got back to me regarding jewellery planner for website order - still no answer  :(
    3. Check and see if money has been received for wedding invites order - still not received - I think I will have to chase tomorrow which is awkward as it is a friend of a friend so I'm hoping it arrives tonight :(
    4. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    5. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders - commented on two posts :)
    6. Write remaining social media post for February and schedule all remaining
    7. Look for Scan and Shop booklet and scanner
    8. Make a new item to list in Etsy shop
    9. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    10. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    11. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    12. Action one thing from my business growth list
    13. Create a new craftsuprint listing
    14. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    15. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
    16. List something on FB Marketplace
    17. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    18. Sort more of craft room - completed one three tier cart thing and two baskets so far today and got lots more to sell :) Now also completed a whole shelf of dies and even managed to part with some to sell :)
    19. No heating on until at least 4pm - DONE it is chilly but I've been warm enough in my oodie snoodie and slippers :)
    20. Declutter 5 things from the house
    21. Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
    22. Take a course from one of my membership
    23. NSD - failed had to pick son up from Lidl as his bus broke down so picked up a chicken and some milk - at least it saves me buying them tomorrow and saves me petrol as I had to go there anyway :)

    Thank you lovely.
I think they are healing a little bit every day and at least I'm not so sore now so I'm happy to stay purple for a bit longer if there is not as much pain.

Hope you have had a good day x

    Morning all.

I'm just back in from a very wet dog walk. It was lovely when we started out but about half way round the heavens opened and our doggy was not a happy bunny. She hates even a spot of water on her - bath times are such fun!!!
I'm warming myself back up with a nice hot chocolate and my oodie snoodie thing and slippers are helping too :)
I think she wants the heating on as she is pressed against the radiator but it is staying firmly off until at least 5pm again!

My birth certificate still hasn't turned up :( I don't actually think we even had a mail delivery in our village yesterday as so man people I met today were expecting yesterday and got no post either)  :( I don't know what is happening with Royal Mail - they charge so much and the service is getting slower :( That actually reminds me I have to put another claim in today for another order which is not showing as delivered :(

Nothing exciting planned again today - more craft room sorting and decluttering I think.

I feel like I am wading through a swamp mortgage free wannabe wise at the moment and not making any progress. I don't think I've managed to pay any money into the savings all week so far so I really must try harder. I've got my induction next week for the National Trust cafe and then I'm on the rota from the week after so hopefully when I start getting a regular monthly wage coming in that will help me feel better about how far we have come and are doing now.

For some reason I'm feeling really achy again today so I am going to try and take it a little easier than yesterday (well as easy as I know how) ;)

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 107 points today so far :)
    2. Contact customer again regarding jewellery planner for website order
    3. Check and see if money has been received for wedding invites order - DONE still not received so have chased up :)
    4. Reply to two enquiries on My Etsy shop for business stationery and graphic design services - DONE fingers crossed I get sales from them :)
    5. Raise claim for missing order with Royal Mail - DONE claim for £23.20 raised. Fingers crossed I can get a refund so I'm not out of pocket :)
    6. Renew FB Marketplace listings - DONE 21 listings renewed - I really need to start selling some things :)
    7. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    8. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders - commented on two so far - fingers crossed for some sales :)
    9. Write remaining social media post for February and schedule all remaining
    10. Look for Scan and Shop booklet and scanner - booklet found - now just to find the scanner :)
    11. Make a new item to list in Etsy shop
    12. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    13. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    14. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    15. Action one thing from my business growth list
    16. Create a new craftsuprint listing
    17. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    18. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
    19. List something on FB Marketplace
    20. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    21. Sort more of craft room - completed two small shelves so far today :)
    22. No heating on until at least 5pm - DONE :)
    23. Declutter 5 things from the house - DONE way more than 5 things gone into rubbish bin from my craft room :)
    24. Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
    25. Take a course from one of my membership
    26. NSD - failed - I bought some storage folders for my craft room (but I did use the vouchers I had earnt from my surveys etc) :)

    Morning all,

I had a really productive day yesterday, sorting through lots more of my craft room. It's actually starting to look a bit tidier already I think and more importantly I am beginning to know exactly where things are so that should hopefully save me having to buy anything for a very long time and also inspire me to make some new products to refresh my Etsy shop a bit and hopefully make more sales :) I'm still nowhere near finished but all I can do is keep plodding along and hope it will all be worth it in the end.

I've got a huge box full of supplies to sell but I shall wait until I've totally finished and then I shall probably offer them in bundles to try and shift them a bit quicker.

The craft room is my plan again today. I've already made a start and plan to spend most of the day sorting, tidying and organising with only breaks for taking son to and from work and walking the dog. I'm not really get much mortgage free wannabe items done so I will make myself set a bit of time aside for a few tasks for this too. I feel like we have made no progress this month at all :(

My birth certificate finally turned up yesterday so I have forwarded that and hopefully Burger King will be in touch on Monday to start the induction process. That way I can hopefully get a feel for both jobs in order to help me make a decision on which one to take :)

Right, lets get on.  So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 52 points today so far :)
    2. Contact customer again regarding jewellery planner for website order - DONE :)
    3. Check and see if money has been received for wedding invites order - DONE still no payment so I'm glad I didn't actually go ahead and print everything as looks like they are not going to pay :(
    4. Tidy more of craft room - desk drawers sorted today :)
    5. Return unwanted items to Amazon for a refund - DONE £37 refund coming my way in 5-7 days :)
    6. Download some free courses offered with my membership - DONE 10 downloaded today :)
    7. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    8. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders - DONE commented on one today :)
    9. Write remaining social media post for February and schedule all remaining
    10. Look for Scan and Shop scanner - looked but still cannot find :(
    11. Make a new item to list in Etsy shop
    12. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    13. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    14. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    15. Action one thing from my business growth list
    16. Create a new craftsuprint listing
    17. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    18. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
    19. List something on FB Marketplace
    20. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    21. No heating on until at least 5pm - DONE :)
    22. Declutter 5 things from the house - DONE huge pile of creased paper and cardstock put in recycle bin today :)
    23. Scan CD's and see how much Webuybooks will offer me
    24. Take a course from one of my membership
    25. NSD - DONE :)

    Thank you.
I always seem to write a huge list - but as I prove writing and actually doing it seem to be two different things  :D:D:D

    Morning all.
I was certainly a bit ambitious with my list yesterday but I like to dream :)
I've got a full day of not having to go anyway today so I shall be having a good go at tidying my craft room again and will hopefully almost finish it (although I have a feeling I am being a bit ambitious again to be honest!!)

Other than that I will continue with the little bits I always do and keep my fingers crossed that some orders come in soon for my little business as it has so far been a diabolical month with no orders on Etsy for a week now :(

I really do feel like we are walking through treacle at the moment. Money seems to be going out left, right and centre and we don't seem to be getting much back in :( Hopefully all that will change when I start my little part time job (whichever one it might be) :)

     So today HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 99 points today so far :)
    2. Tidy more of craft room - tidied ribbon baskets and gone through huge pile of papers :)
    3. Renew library books (especially as fines have just been reintroduced) - DONE :)
    4. Download some free courses offered with my membership - DONE downloaded 12 today :)
    5. Answer enquiry for plantable cards - DONE fingers crossed I get an order soon :)
    6. Remind Etsy potential customer about custom listing - DONE friendly little message sent asking if they need any further help - hopefully this might prompt them to buy :)
    7. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    8. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders - commented on one :)
    9. Write remaining social media post for February and schedule all remaining
    10. Look for Scan and Shop scanner - still cannot find it - it must be somewhere - I just have to remember where! :(
    11. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    12. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    13. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    14. Action one thing from my business growth list
    15. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    16. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds
    17. List something on FB Marketplace
    18. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freeemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    19. No heating on until at least 5pm - DONE but it will need to go on soon as I have to dry some washing :)
    20. Declutter 5 things from the house - DONE lots more paper and rubbish from craft room thrown away today :)
    21. Take a course from one of my membership
    22. NSD - DONE :)

    Good morning.

I've just got out of the shower and am ready to face the day ahead. I really should go food shopping today as we have no bread (much to the boys disgust) but I'm not sure I really want too to be honest. It feels like it should be a walk the dog and do nothing kind of day :) No such luck though as got lots I need to get done today.

Good news on the toothpaste front though  - hubby and I are still on the first tube of paste which son was going to throw away as being finished - that's 10 cleans so far and there's still some left in it. I really need to give him a lesson in squeezing out every last bit!!!! I am enjoying the challenge of how long it will last though ;) I really need to get  out more I think  :D:D

I'm planning on spending lots of time with the doggo today as she goes in for her neutering operation tomorrow (she's 3 so better late than never as due to phantom pregnancies we have only just managed to get the right window to have it carried out). I'm not going to lie - I am terrified for her but I'm sure she will be ok and it will save me having all these pregnancy scares once its completed. So lots of love and cuddles are going to be in order this week bless her. Is it sad that I get the best conversation from her out of anyone in our household?

Still no sign of the wedding stationery cash so I assume now I have designed it all for her, she is just going to print her own which is annoying but it is what it is so I'm not going to spend time chasing her for it. They say you can choose your friends but not your relatives so I may just have to have a rethink about who my friends actually are :(

On a positive note though, I got two people pay for custom orders yesterday so those will help keep me busy over the next few days to help take my mind of things :)

I'm determined to get some money paid into the savings account today so I'm going to hustle hard :)

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 2 points earned so far :)
    2. Turn lights off upstairs once son gone to college - DONE :)
    3. Raise custom order for logo design and business stationery (worth £55) - DONE :)
    4. Phone website order customer and ask about her jewellery planner as no answer via email - tried calling twice and no answer and no room on answer machine to leave a message :(
    5. 3 loads of washing washed on quick washes and dried outside - two loads on line drying nicely. Third load spinning in washing machine as I type ready to hang outside on the line when it's finished :)
    6. Design custom portrait print for Etsy order - DONE and made one amendment requested by customer. Fingers crossed she likes this second version :)
    7. Ask Etsy customer to see a copy of her logo so I can match fonts etc - DONE sadly she does not have it so this job is going to be fun :(
    8. Meal plan for week - DONE :)
    9. Food shopping and stick to list - DONE it was only a short list but it still came to £96!!! Did pick up free pretzel and tomato sauce though from using the app so saved £1.58 :)
    10. Return unwanted amazon order - DONE £14.99 refund coming my way very soon :)
    11. Empty computers hard drive as running really slow - DONE 30MB cleared :)
    12. Check email and see if Burger King paperwork received - DONE its there but I cannot access it so spoke to my manager who is going to try and sort it for me :)
    13. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get more orders
    14. Comment on In search of posts to hopefully get a few more orders
    15. Write remaining social media post for February and schedule this weeks
    16. Tidy more of craft room
    17. Look for Scan and Shop scanner
    18. Download more free courses - DONE 5 more downloaded :)
    19. Read through make £5 a day thread and see if I can get any ideas on new money making opportunities
    20. Take photos of receipes from one cook book from library ready to return it
    21. Action one new thing from my MFW list
    22. Action one thing from my business growth list
    23. Create a new craftsuprint listing
    24. Take a survey on Prime Opinion
    25. Carry out searches on Inbox Pounds

    29. Declutter 5 things from the house

  • Sorry to hear you haven't heard back regarding the wedding stationery. Is this a wedding you are likely to be invited to? If they use your designs you could add a note in your card saying that your gift is the design of the stationery.
