The problems with your tenants aren't helping either.
Come and join me in shedding a few tears, the menopause is making my life difficult today.
I hope your day improves 🤗

Jessy103 said:Boo to the tenants and the new owners! What are the rules for asking tenants to vacate nowadays, is it worth trying to get them out and new ones in?
As for the cafe, you've proven several times that you are able to get jobs elsewhere, so do not stress yourself and find something else if needed. Life is too short to be worried and stressed about work, especially as it isn't even your business, they should be the ones stressed, not you!
Take care of yourself x
P.S baileys_babe if you haven't heard of it already, please check out the 'We do not care club' it's an American lady on social media going through perimenopause and menopause and she is just hilarious and wonderful! ❤️
The rules are all in the tenants favour but I can be creative if need beSadly hubby wants to give them another chance so I have let him have his way - for now!!
You are so right about the cafe - I am going to try not to stress about it and just enjoy working there and then going home worry free at the end of each shift
OMG - I too checked out the "We do not care club". I LOVE itThank you so much for making us aware of it

Errr - I celebrated by working at the cafe for another shift as usual and planning an over ambitious list for todayMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.022 -
OK lets get operation own BTL2 house outright back into action
I have a day at the cafe today - I'm still not sure what to do as yesterday I found myself thinking I just want to go home - I'm not even sure why as the people are lovely but there is just no atmosphere there anymore and it feels just like a job again - I know it is but do you know what I mean? I'm hoping that if I give it a bit more time things will start to feel normal there again. In the meantime I will just keep taking my wages as they do really help towards our mountain climb.
Hubby is round my parents house today trying to get it looking better and hopefully sold. Think we are going to have to reduce the price again as nobody has even looked round it yet. Its annoying as we went with the lower end of what all the agents valued it at but clearly they must have all been wrong. Anybody with any recent experience of selling a house who can give us any advice? We need it sold!!!
On a positive note I have just been given £50 for looking after the cat the other week so that will be paid straight into the OP savings account
Right I've got to get to work so here comes my very ambitious list for today

I haven't sold a house for nearly 20 years so I might be completely out of touch, how quickly can you ditch these estate agents and get someone who will actually do their job?Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
