Good morning,
I'm struggling again today with the stiffness in my joints but it will usually wear off in a couple of hours so I need to make sure I keep moving around in order to stop it from happening again today. Sadly I've still got no orders to work on so today will be spent pretty much like yesterday I think
Hubby is on an OT day again so that will help to pay a small portion of his £4K tax bill we have just been handed (he already pays 40% on his earnings so I'm a bit hacked off with our government past and present at the moment as there seems to be no incentive for working hard!).
Moan over lets get cracking on my list for today
I've just had somebody message and wasnt to buy some horrible history books I have had listed for ages so finding them needs to go on my list for today

I suppose the incentive is that if you weren't earning big, you wouldn't have to pay the tax? (And of course your still getting 60% in.) I used to try to look on it like that. Gritted teeth at least im earning enough to pay tax. Now I'm retired its harder to convince myself as although my pension has gone up by a tiny amounts the last 3 years, for a whole year I actually got less in my hand due to an increase that tipped me over into starting to paying tax due to the threshold having been fixed for so flipping long and still years more before it may rise.
I read a tip about olive oil, 20mg a day. I've been trying to get 10 a day and its helped my knees for sure, much less pain when going downstairs.
Hows things been at the cafe? Is there been any issue after you pulled out of buying or are they OK with you?

Good afternoon,
It was sunny this morning so hubby and I took the doggo out for a nice long walk which was lovely and as soon as I put our bedding in the washing machine it has decided to come over all cloudy - typical! It means I will have to turn the heating on to dry it now which you know how much I hate doing that!
OH is now settled on the sofa with several packets of crisps watching the rugby so I have decided to clean out a bit more under our eaves to hopefully make some space for some of the things we currently store in our dining room
I already tackled a bit this morning whilst he was asleep and have taken three boxes to our village hall ready for the next jumble sale and I have a huge black bin bag full of rubbish as wellI'm hoping that I can get another box full of things to either donate or sell together with another bag of rubbish by the time I have finished today - fingers crossed
Other than that no other plans for today really so I'm going to get cracking
So today I HOPE I WILL:-- Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 2 points so far

Good morning,
Its not been our week for cars breaking as unfortunately just as I was backing my car off the drive yesterday my suspension spring snapped and now my car is out of action until it can be mended. OOH thought he could mend it himself but on further inspection he will need specialist tools which he does not have so our neighbour will be coming to our rescue again and hopefully mending it towards the end of this week coming. In the meantime I will either have to drive hubbies car (which I hate) or be chauffered around by him and our son. I like the idea of the latter
We were going to go to the local bakery today and take doggo for a long walk on the beach but now my car is out of action she cannot fit in any of the others and she hates the van so we have had a lovely sunny walk around our village instead. the bakery is also shut until 15th Feb so although we wont get our yummy pasties it does mean that we are on track for a NSD
I've booked an appointment at the dump to get rid of the rubbish from the loft clearing yesterday so that will help outside look a bit tidier. Hubby has got a lovely joint of beef cooking in the slow cooker and is peeling potatoes for roasties whilst I type so looking forward to that and I'm working my way through a huge washing mountain so fingers crossed it might dry outside to save me having to put the heating on too early today
I am neant to have somebody come and collect the books I sold on marketplace today but not heard anything from them yet so I really hope they do turn up not only to get a tenner for our mortgage fund but also to clear a little bit more space in the house. I am really getting sick of clutter
Other than that I'm planning for a nice chilled day together and a little bit of MSE'ing to help get us closer to our goals.
So today I HOPE I WILL:-- Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 2 points so far
- Watch videos on WeR8 - no videos available yet
- Submit hours to cafe for wages - DONE
- Try and get two loads of washing dry outside - outside on line since 2pm so fingers crossed they will dry or at least come in dryer than what they were when they went out

Good evening,
I have just finished my 8 hour shift at the cafe and it was really busy all day. I did have to take half an hour off to have my blood tests taken so I'll find out hopefully on Friday what is causing the aches and pains in all my joints. My money is still on it just being old age
Other than what I have already done I am not planning on doing much else this evening. Dinner is in the oven for my son and I as OH is working tonight and once its cooked I intend to just veg out in front of the tv, take the dog for her night time wee wee walk and then have an early night. Fingers crossed that goes to plan

Hi all,
I've been pretty slack these last few days. My body and mind needed to rest so that is what I have done.
the blood tests did not pick up RA which I'm obviously happy about but also disheartened as the drs had no answers as to why my joints were so stiff and getting worse rather than betterI'm not going to lie it did mess with my head on Friday thinking there was going to be no help for me but I'm in a better frame of mind today despite still struggling.
Just a few little things done today to help me on my MF hike but at least it is something and that is more than I have managed the last few days so I'm happy
So today I HOPE I WILL:-- Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 2 points so far
- Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE one video watched for 6p
- Get one load of washing done - DONE on the radiators
- Submit hours for week to cafe and ask them to check holiday pay owed - DONE
- Visit National Trust they want me to work at next Saturday to see how far away it is - DONE used staff ID for free entry and had a nice morning out
Also used staff ID for discount on hot chocolate and bacon rolls to warm us up after walking around the grounds

- Transfer money from FB Marketplace book sale into OP savings account - DONE £10 added
- Complete BK training courses needed to be completed by Thursday - 9 courses completed so far - 11 more to go
- Meal plan for next week
- Write and schedule social media posts for my business to help keep my visibility up

Hi crafting I'm really pleased the blood results. It's definitely good it's not ra. But frustrating you don't have an answer
I wonder if it hormones? Perimensopause?
Might be worth looking at supplements they can really help
Love
