What was the date of the alleged event?
What was the issue date of the NTK?

This will determine if the NTK is capable of holding the keeper liable.

Appeal using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper, unless it is not PoFA compliant in which case add a one liner to that effect.
Unfortunately only 5 days after alleged event

Thank you for your help - will use the template as stated

But I don't understand where this is, as APCOA have the contract for the official Railway car park, the post code on the NTK is McDonald's over the road.

It's at the same location as APCOA, they just have a small separated car park
Could I also use the post code on the NTK does not correspond to the location in question?

Are you saying that there is one car park that is managed by both APCOA and HANCP?

    Seems unlikely.

Please show us exactly where your vehicle was parked.
Maybe Google Maps or Street View will help with that.

The yellow area is the car park in question. The blue highlighted area is another car park and the rest the APCOA car park

Are there fences around each section and clear signs that delineate each section and inform all drivers prominently, that this section is separately operated with different rules?

It is separated by small posts in the ground - I wouldn't say the signage is totally clear

If it were me I'd go thru the farce of appeal then IAS, because in 20% of cases the PPC gives up and this lot look unprofessional. I think they'll run away!

IAS appeals are all about evidence, which is in your case about showing the car parks are NOT clearly delineated and the driver was going by an offer made by APCOA at the entrance and at no point entered into any contract with this bunch of chancers.

FYI - they limit the appeal to the following reasons:

Well it's obviously 'there was no signage'.    There are ways around restricted appeal choices.
