What was the date of the alleged event?
What was the issue date of the NTK?

This will determine if the NTK is capable of holding the keeper liable.

Appeal using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper, unless it is not PoFA compliant in which case add a one liner to that effect.

But I don't understand where this is, as APCOA have the contract for the official Railway car park, the post code on the NTK is McDonald's over the road.

It's at the same location as APCOA, they just have a small separated car park
