Photos look great of the NT and your garden is coming alive.
Fantastic achievement with the mortgage in a very short space of time.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Lovely photos!
Well done on breaking the 10K paid off barrier on the mortgage!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
Thanks EH, Jwil and MF
It is nice when you reach a mortgage milestone.
EH - bulbs are funny things. I've got quite a lot of grape hyacinth coming up, a few daffs and tulips but only 2 crocuses out of all of those are in flower so far.
Went to Mr A after counselling. Picked up a rotisserie chicken, some YS veg and then some prepared roast potatoes. So DD and I are having that for tea. Also making a veg soup. I had £3 in my rewards pot that I used towards it which was lovely. I also picked up an Orchid for £6 as I have a few but none currently in flower.
Only 1 day left to work before the weekend. I'm hoping to try and be more active - will see how things go. DD is going away all weekend to see a uni friend which is good for both of us.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

EH - I hadn't twigged it was the lack of C Tax but that makes perfect sense.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Congratulations on your mortgage milestone SH! I hope you enjoy your weekend. Coincidentally I was just looking at some garlic cloves that have sprouted on my kitchen shelf, and wondering if I could plant them out. Is that what you did?4

I'm glad you have crocuses Merlin. Not bad for a new build.

I wrote a poem this week which sent me on a bit of a spiral. Trying to shake free of it. I went on a bit of a stationery spending spree... Ah well... I'll use the stuff up I'm sure... Still have float left so no real harm done.
I've lost one of my car key sets around the house - I need to find it as my existing key the car warned me the battery is going on it... So need to resolve that and find the other set asap.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
