Look at local independent garages for the Aircon regas, it might save a bit of money.
Sounds like DD could be on to a winner with split living and you'd find it beneficial too.

I might be wrong SH, but I think current accounts only appear on credit reports if there's a credit element to them. That seems to be the case with my accounts, the main one with an overdraft facility is listed, but none of the old ones without overdrafts ever appeared on there. Maybe your old account had an overdraft but the new one doesn't?4

Thanks MF Jwil @Crazycatlady2 and @SuperSecretSquirrel
SSS - You could be right - but I don't have overdraft facilities on other bank accounts that are showing so I'm confused.
MF - I need to get a few quotes for the air con...
CCL2 - Best of luck to your DS with his next test

I'm feeling really busy and tired currently - working very intensely. I haven't done any more on the other person's P1p appeal since Wednesday's photocopying but I'll have to get on it this weekend as it needs to go in the post Monday.
I made the mistake of starting watching Greys again - part way through season 11 - I love it but it is also quite emotionally draining. Counselling yesterday was good but challenging...
In better news - I've agreed a date to go down and see my parents in March and to then travel on to see DS. That way I get two nights away but a) split the journey going and b) reduce the cost. I still need to book some accommodation for the second night. PI was looking extortionate for that specific town which was a blow - so may need to consider alternatives. I've timed it for after next payday so that I'm not over-worrying about £.
I'm falling behind on diaries on here so have unsubscribed a load for now - forgive me if yours is one of them. When I get a bit more time again I'll try and catch up.
I sent another £25 to savings today. I did a food shop Tuesday night for £48. Got some really nice tikka masala etc 4 item dish from Mr T that I've had with chips a couple of times this week.

Thanks Beanie. Spent a lot of the weekend working on an appeal for someone.
I did go out for a few hours yesterday. Went to a posh outlet style garden centre I hadn't been to for years. I got a longline hoodie in the sale at half price £19. Afterwards I had a meal out but the service was poor. It wasn't a great experience. I did get a few steps in. I've been struggling a bit to make myself go out recently... I need to find a way to get past that.
It feels like time is whistling past currently. I having nothing planned other than work for the coming week - the week after I am going to a musical though so looking forward to that. I've booked my accommodation £110 for when I go to see DS mid March. I'm staying with my parents one night so I can catch up with them and keep my costs lower. I want to have £ to actually do things with DS - which is partly why I booked it for after next payday. I've asked him for some suggestions of what we can do together - as I would prefer experiences over expensive meals out.
I need to make myself go shower and dress - and then see if I can at least get out for a little while.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Sounds like you've got some good stuff planned coming up. Well done on the hoodie.
I get so disappointed when I eat out and don't enjoy it.

Thanks Jwil, DIA and Ohsh...
Well I managed the shower and dressing part. I went and collected DD from the train station but other than that didn't make it out today. Yes I'm definitely in hibernation mode. I have been binge watching Greys.
I have finished the P1p thing. Let's hope it gets sorted at the reconsideration stage rather than going all the way to appeal. I think if it goes all the way - I need to try and get an Welfare rights person to take on their case as even with online guides and support from others who have P1p I feel out of my depth. I'm potentially drowning them with more evidence though - so hopefully it will help. Either way it would be needed if it went to the last stage so easier to collect the info as I go than leave it all to the end.
I am hoping with it being half term that it will be quieter at work and that I can get things done. Things are absolutely manic currently - and there's no way I can do everything I've been given. I'm trying to break things down into chunks - and do the things that only I can do. The next stage is to work out what I can / can afford to delegate without things going very wrong... Will keep you posted.
