Thanks Jwil, Seaweed, EH, Tahlullah, Beanie, Dancing and KK - really appreciate all your well wishes.
Always good to reframe thanks EH.
I with the prescriber's approval changed back to last week's dose today and that was instantly better than yesterday. He's going to send me more of this dose as I'm nearly out.
I have still worked myself far too hard today trying to play catch up - plus I was awake from 5am anyway. Started work around 6.50am and only just finished. I did have about an hour of breaks during the day though. Today even though WFH has had too much social interaction over video call and lots still going wrong with what others are supposed to be delivering which then impacts on me.
My cleaner has been today so that aspect of my life feels more under control. She helped with moving the mattress around so that it gets more even wear and changed the bedding. I got her to clean out my boot and the rest of the car and vacuum it. We also chatted about redecorating DD's room potentially once she's moved some of the furniture she wants to take out. DD's room was last done about 7 years ago. Time flies. I may get my cleaner to gradually paint all the woodwork in the house if I end up staying / it continues to take a while to sell. She could also help repaint the lounge. She likes doing other things and hates it when she just cleans - she just likes the flexible hours that come with self employment! If I stayed I may replace the door handles and she'd be up for sorting that too.
I had booked to go to a Balance class tonight but I can't make myself go. I may go and have a wander around a s'market clothes shop and perhaps look for a little something to lift me. I'd nip out for some food - but TBH that side of things has rebalanced today - so I had brekkie around 7am, a late lunch around 2pmish and then some strawberries and nectarine after 6pm and a few sugar snap peas I don't know what else I'd want to eat really.
I think sleep should come easier tonight - although typically I have a first thing in the morning hospital appointment tomorrow.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Glad the meds review was both productive and effective. Is there a dose in between the two you could try?I think a class on top of a tough day socially and braìn-wise, after adjusting to fluctuating meds could easily be too much. A quiet mooch around a market sounds a lot more the kind of pace needed 😊
KKAs at 15.08.25:

Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Thanks Blackcats, Beanie and KK
Yes I love my cleaner. She gave me a hug today bless her.
KK - the meds seemed the right level today so will see what happens this week. The ones I'm on are slow/long acting. They are sending me some more instant ones that are shorter acting to try. I agree with you on the class.
I went to TK's and bought myself some beautifully decorated coasters - may post a photo later although I haven't decided if they'll be a gift or something I keep. I also bought a mug that says 'Today's about you.' Hopefully it will help me to practice a bit more self care. Cost about £14.
I've lit a lavender incense stick so it can help relax me. I'm having another lot of porridge for tea/supper.
