I've put a note on the pharmacist's board to see what they say - but may just take lower dose tomorrow and see how that goes even if I don't hear back beforehand. I left work very early today - with my boss's permission but not great as too much to do that then didn't get done increasing the pressure on tomorrow. It held up quite a few other people's work too. That's life... as you all kindly said need to focus on looking after myself. There were bound to be teething issues with these meds.
Will try and go for a walk next. I've just had a Mr A delivery but was waiting in for that earlier. When I got home I just retreated to my chair and sat and listened to a fave story. My boss was hoping I'd be able to sleep but because of the affect of the meds I knew that wouldn't be possible. Just hope I sleep better tonight. I have given in and had junk food today as was completely past it when I got home. Typically I'd had to be in the office for 9.30am today (early by my standards) and needed to shower and allow time to get there. Was a few minutes late...
I've updated CT so hopefully they will revise my bill quickly and then I reckon my bill if they leave it at the 5 installments left should be around £151 a month - as effectively I've slightly overpaid earlier in the year. BG are still messing up my energy account after the switch... Very frustrating. They bribed me with £25 to move my gas to them though. I have to be with them 3 months to get that - but then may switch as their service is shocking. Only twice yearly bills unless you insist on more frequent ones. I was on their chat 45 minutes last week - and the issue still isn't resolved. So unimpressed.
Hope you are all having a better week than me. DD called in earlier for her parcels and her washing and to drop more off!! Cheeky!!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I'm going to reframe something here - you haven't eaten "Junk food" - you have eaten tasty food which was low on effort required to prepare and eat, but which served the purpose of ensuring that you are something on a day when food which would have taken more time/effort was not in your reach. it's just a different kind of food - and there is room for it in your life on the occasions when it's all you have capacity for without you needing to beat yourself up on be apologetic about it.
Sending positive vibes for a better day - try to stick with the correct dose of the meds until you hear back to the contrary - otherwise if it IS a case of getting used to the higher dose you will be taking a step backwards on progress on that.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
