Oh wow that really is beautiful!"It’s all about balance, do you see? Balance is the trick. Keep the balance and—” She stopped. “You’ve ridden on a seesaw? One end goes up, one end goes down. But the bit in the middle, right in the middle, that stays where it is. Upness and downness go right through it. Don’t matter how high or low the ends go, it keeps the balance.”3

Beautiful. Definitely North Wales - the mountains from the beach. Did you get some of the eggs? I don't know if you have seen the fresh milk dispensers? They are worth a go as well - take your own container! What I do not give, you must never take by force.

Yes stunning scenery. Lifts the soul. I had a good time and got back safely.
Today I've updated my money - and despite going into the month owing £1200 on a CC - I'm due to leave it owing on in month spend £150ish (statement not arrived yet) so really pleased with that. It was made possible by taking some money out of savings and the energy refund but still a fab result. The remainder should get cleared payday on Tuesday.
I am on a go slow this morning - but need to make myself finish getting dressed and start work. I need to take my new tablet. I have done more this week - so maybe they are helping. Thankfully they don't appear to affect my driving so far.
I'm hoping to go swimming later. I am trying to make the most of the kind weather and be more active.
I need to put some washing in the drier too or hang it out...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Beanie and Jwil
I had another tough day - almost cried at one point. Just overwhelmed. It made me wonder if it is linked to the tablets - as it was mid afternoon on Wednesday and today when I just felt past it - jittery, anxious and wanting to cry. However, in my current work I am having a lot more social interaction and associated conflict than I am used to. Really hoping that improves soon but could be another couple of months yet. If it's the tablets though - I hope my body adjusts and it stops being an issue.
The tablets have definitely helped control my appetite so that feels likely to be a win. Just need to go with it and try to improve my eating.
I made it to swimming but am utterly exhausted now.
