Yes, if you get nothing from the landowner agreeing to a cancellation, then you should go ahead and submit the PoPLA appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

On POLPA appeal should I submit the appeal as my partner (registered keeper) or myself? I thought I could put the appeal through so I could deal with it with a signed letter from them giving me permission - but it then asking for the motorist details (I thought we still had to remain as the registered keeper? so by inputting my details am I saying I was the driver?)....
Today is Day 32 (and no one got back about the complaint so I am putting in the appeal ;( )

There is no name on the rejection for PE, screen shot from the rejection letter - so can I put my name down so I can deal with it? Thank youCoupon-mad said:Depends whose name is on the rejection.

Yes, it was an email with a PDF attached, and just a Dear Sir/Madam on it - so can I input my details into the POLPA appeal or does it have to be the registered keeper?KeithP said:
