I just watched a football match! Uruguay v Korea. 0-0. I must be iller than I thought. 🤣
Thank you piggers 💖
Right. I'm going to ring the surgery and see if I can speak to someone who makes sense. Yesterday I cried at them twice.....soooo embarrassing 😳 Flylady armour going on.....

Good luck Round! Hope you get some assistance.
I've tackled the back end of the office now which was the worst part. Looks much better but now my back is quite sore from the bending so I'm having a hot chocolate and mince pie break. After this I'm going to go and check what presents I have for my OH already bought and what else I need to buy so that I can figure out what I can buy online and what I need to get in store when I go shopping with my mum and sister in a couple of weeks.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January9 -
I'm not sure if this link will work, but if it does it should make everyone here feel a lot better.
Better is good enough.7 -
*Only* 18 months, Honey_Bear? He's a sprinter by my standards! I'm in tortoise mode today.
But I have had my hair cut (from 5cm back to no.7 all over) and then brought K home from horse piddle. The journey there was like driving through a monsoon, except that it was cold rather than steamy. I should think we had a month's rainfall in an hour.
Made 2 cakes for the church fayre this morning (the usual coffee sponge sandwich and a vegan chocolate sponge with some extra cup cakes) and hoping to do another 2 this evening (GF apple and almond and a lemon drizzle). Not good for my waitsline - I still enjoy licking the spoons.
Spare spoons coming to you, round (and yes, I have washed them) xx

I am damp.. Spam broke his glasses and Twinkles were rubbing on her ears so I took both to get sorted.. and halfway home the sky descended on us in its glorious sog... warm pjs and shoes on the radiator time!
If I share a pic of my 'corner of doom' will you all shame me into clearing it?? I just can't summon the spoons and it is making me want to cry.. (I'm not 'just on the laptop', I am helping Pixie with origami, trying to rest everything for a few minutes so it hurts less and making a cuppa before I have to do dinner.. and I have the DW to reload and washing to shuffle.)

The flylady armour worked. I got through, stayed calm, and asked for clarification of what was and wasn't happening.
I was told that the doctor will ring me at 4 ish.....
Maybe I should have asked on what day? 🙄
And it's now 5ish and no-one has phoned me. I've checked that my mobile and my landline are both working.
Combined Flylady 'Dr ring Round' vibes are requested.
Please

Round.. ring back 30 minutes before the surgery closes if they've not called you.. Mine don't bother keeping telephone appointments.. it is so annoying.

Post the pics piggers. I love ‘before & after’s.Currently up at a&e with my granma. She has dementia and after a welfare check police found her drunk (very out of character) and naked on her bed with the front door wide open.God knows what time I’ll be leaving, but we’re not going anywhere until we have support in place. (She can’t stay at mine in her state & with all my animals, its too dangerous for her in her current mental state)She asked me who I was when I walked in, and is now sleeping.Going to be a long nightDebt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
