    Wins a win though!

Coupon-Mad will be along with details about the consultation into private parking charges that is imminent, and your experiences will definitely help. Congrats in the meantime!

You've got a winner - Jop something if I recall correctly. Stay tuned...
Yay - you won, well done.

Judge was clearly on my side.

    Nice.  WELL DONE YOU! Congrats!

Second hearing win reported today, here's the other one:

    Edit:
And a third win followed today too:

    Haha! ...your prediction was wrong:

Don't know why DCBLegal bother to take some cases to hearings.

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

And...one favour please: don't go just yet!

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6333036/breaking-news-government-has-announced-the-statutory-code-of-practice-and-enforcement-framework/p1

And then the industry threw victims' money at it and blocked and delayed it - explained here:

Please now Bookmark BOTH threads and set up email alerts on your posting profile, so that you get an email alert when we post there, as we will, once the Public Consultation opens.

...anticipated very soon...end of July we think.

We need people like you and your driving family & friends to respond.  Separate submissions from everyone you can drum up!  I am sure you want your voice heard to stop this happening again.

See you back here in August, please.

Delighted for you @Alfieb93. Well done. Hopefully you didn’t find the court process too daunting in reality. Some judges understand the scam nature of this industry and only need to find one single reason to disallow the claim and don’t need to bother probing the rest of the defence.

If I did want to take this further somehow, what would be the route to take?
If they dont have any control over that land, surely what theyve done is illegal? If I put a sign on my house and ticketed anyone who parked on the public street outside with fake invoices that would be fraud surely?
Wondering how much money theyve made off this site alone.
They shouldnt be allowed to get away with this.

Complain to the DVLA that their own evidence in court proved they ticketed you well outside of the enforcement area, snd you want to escalate this complaint, and tell them not to send their template fob off reply.
