Quickly re-read the NEWBIES thread section about WHAT HAPPENS WHEN because Northampton CCBC (a gateway admin centre) waved goodbye to the case months ago.

'The case file will then be transferred to your local County Court, and you will eventually receive a Notice of Allocation, giving you a date and time for the hearing. It will also specify a deadline for you to submit a Witness Statement, and any other documents you intend to rely on, usually 14 days before the hearing but sometimes earlier than that. Your Witness Statement can expand upon the points made in your original Defence, and must start with the following "I, Joe Bloggs, of 23 Acacia Avenue, Anytown, AN1 2BC, am the Defendant in this matter, and will say as follows". You should attach to your Witness Statement any evidence to support your assertions, eg photos of signage, etc. Optionally, you may also want to include a Skeleton Argument to flesh out the legal points, or you could include those as part of your Witness Statement.'

So I need to find an email for my local county court?
I'm a bit confused because my notice of allocation says in the county court luton and then it says the hearing will take place in bedford????

Give Luton County Court a ring and ask them...
a) which County Court should you send your witness statement and evidence, and
b) what email address should you use when doing that.

Theres only one email showing for luton and bedford

I'm going to email that address now and ring tomorrow.

I like leaving it to the last minute, but that's taking the !!!!!!. Thanks everyone for the help and reminding me about the witness statement I'd have been f***ed.
The case is on 28th hopefully they don't get funny about me sending the email this late. Still 14 days.

14 days is OK provided that is what it said on your initial Notice of Allocation, however, we always recommend never to draw attention to a late or near late) submission of WS - just send it.

They really want to win this one. Theyve sent a supplementary witness statement on 21st. Is this too late if hearing is on 28th?

here you go and theyre exhibit that shoes the layout of the signs proves there wasnt one at the entrance as i showed from my google maps.
