    Cheers. Got another question. On my witness statement expenses. Ive put 95 for loss of earnings. (Copied a template) im currently at work on nights and working tomorrow night. Court case is inbetween. Am i still entitled to the 95. Guessing not. Even though im not sleeping inbetween shift like i should. 
    I read online youre entitled to travel. Cpr something or other.

    The £95 is defined in the CPR as NOT just for a lost day's work but alternatively, 'loss of leave' but not all Judges realise.

    The Judge will just ask your circumstances if you ask at the end for costs. Worth asking but most small claims award no costs.  I've never got costs!

    Absolutely categorically NOT.

    The Judge will stop you and could get quite angry.  If you persist, the other side can claim costs against you for unreasonable conduct.
