13th July 2022 Highview (DCBL) applied to court to lift stay, extend life of claim, and amend D's address (to address 2 or address 3?)
No, that application was in 2021.

We do need a timeline though, it does help.

Did it take the court a year to deal with the application?

Yes, please show their WS. Redact personal information but leave in anything that is already in the public domain such as the name and position of the paralegal. We already know many of them by reputation.

If you redact anything, please tell us what you have redacted.
If they have redacted anything, please tell us what.
address 1 i have moved out in 2019
    adress 2 moved out 1st june 2021

Yes, it took the best part of a year!

See date of WS above and how DCBLegal whined and squealed like a wounded pig...

This is hilarious (got this in the morning):
     " Good afternoon,

Please be advised that due to a lack of judicial time, in the XXX Courts, the hearing on 04/01/23 at XXX County Court will not go ahead. Unfortunately the matter is having to be stood out of the Court list.

We will relist this matter as soon as we can and a new hearing notice will be provided in due course.

If you have any queries please email them to XXX County Court:

So you get stuck with your CCJ for even longer...

Can you show us a complete timeline including who exactly you told about your new address, and when.

Nothing surprises me anymore. Can't take it serious - just to laugh

Can you show us a complete timeline including who exactly you told about your new address, and when.
It took a while to do Chronos, hope it is explicit (in excell is better quality, unfortunately mse doesn't accept that )

That's useful, thanks!  Might be good if you send that to the court before the next hearing along with your costs assessment including the £14 fee, £275 fee, £xxx for loss of earnings/a day's leave AND the £1600-odd that their in-house HCEO allegedly 'extorted', plus a breakdown of other costs at £19 per hour.

So, as soon as DCB Ltd took over the (unrelated) ParkingEye case they did a Soft Trace and found (correct) 'address D' and used it.

This shows you were easy to find...

But they (DCB Group) failed to look through their database to see if they had any other outstanding cases about you (same data subject) and 2 or 3 months later, they issued a claim re the 2019 PCNs to address C.

Without bothering to do a (bulk 28 pence) CRA 'Soft Trace' this time, even though it had taken a year to get CCBC permission to change the address from B to C, and even though DCB Group knew you changed address regularly AND despite the fact that they HAD 'address D' that they themselves had easily traced, then it was verbally confirmed by you, back in May 2022.

This should be a reason to set aside the CCJ and order your costs AND all your money back, but do be prepared for a Judge who WRONGLY thinks this is your fault and that a parking firm 'are entitled' to use the DVLA address/an old address they traced years before...!

When you get a new hearing date re-read the threads by these people, who were all given a VERY hard time by quite stern Judges, who started with the wrong assumption that a PPC can use an old address and it's all the Defendant's fault:

It happens a lot, due to lack of court resources.
