    HOW DARE THEY!

Why should the court service AND you stump up application fees to paper over DCBLegal's conduct?

Full costs for you if you argue that well.  Get your FULL (hours spent, loss of leave and all fees) costs assessment emailed tomorrow
i have added the court costs to "Order", but did not include the personal time spent. I might try to discuss this with the Judge

But it was the same Claimant?

    Not this case, though...

This now reads like you told them* your new address (in connection with a different PCN case) a few months AFTER this claim was served.

Do you know exactly when DCBL finally served that new 'sealed' claim to the address you'd left?  Got a copy of the sealed claim?  Presumably dated months before May 2022?

Or do you mean you told the C in May 2021?

*parking firm? But not DCB Legal because you didn't know they were on your case?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've confirmed my address in May 2022 but on 13th of July 2022 they have applied for address amendment and they gave the wrong address again :)

Couldn't find anything earlier than 6 of July 2022. As they have mentioned in WS, dcb made few tempts with sealed claims. last one was on 13 July 2022

in 2021 (June) car broken on private parking. During a year i didn't knew that they have issued a pcn on my name. They have waited almost 1 year to send me a debt recovery. (i had no clue that there was a pcn). That hard copy letter (debt) came to my actual address in May 2022. That was the moment where i've started a conversation with dcb. And certainly mentioned the correct address

    It was Holiday Inn parking

The dates make no sense to me.

The WS you showed us is dated 2021 and talks about a court claim (NOT A PCN) first served to a wrong address six months earlier.

This claim cannot be about a PCN dated June 2021.  Sorry, but it's about earlier PCN(s).

It's not about this one either:
    It was Holiday Inn parking.
    Because that's ParkingEye, surely.

I am completely confused now.  This case is not about a 2021 PCN.

they have done it twice and both times to 2 wrong addresses.

true, this case is about pcn (3 pcns) dated with 2019

true. the holiday inn is just a different case, but it is linked to this case as they have used the correct address. Same dcbltd, different case with proper address and may 2022 while CCJ i've got in October 2022 (5 months later). All this time they knew my actual address but at the Court used previous residence addressCoupon-mad said:

nope. this case is about pcn dated with 2019 ( 3 parkings in 2019). the difference between 2019 and 2021 is that first 3 pcn were delivered to the address that i have moved out and the last one they have send the pcn (not related to the case discussed here) to correct address but 1 year later.

Here is my attempt at putting the events in chronological order. Please correct any errors and add any missing info!

    D lived at address 1 until 2019.
    D lived at address 2 until 1st June 2021.
D has lived at address 3 from 1st June 2021 to present.

PCNs 1, 2 and 3 from Highview Parking. Date?
Claim issued 28th June 2021 to address 1.
On 14th July 2021 a third party advised DCBL that D no longer lived at address 1.
July 2021 DCBL did Experian trace and obtained address 2.
24th Sept 2021 Address on claim form amended from address 1 to address 2

June 2021 PCN 4 from ParkingEye at Holiday Inn

May 25th 2022 D supplied address 3 (to DCBL or ParkingEye?)
June 2022 ParkingEye sent PCN4 to address 3.

13th July 2022 Highview (DCBL) applied to court to lift stay, extend life of claim, and amend D's address (to address 2 or address 3?)
October 2022 D received CCJ for PCNs 1,2 and 3 at address 3.

    Any corrections welcomed!
