Agreed. There is no legal case that is within the jurisdiction of E&W courts.Moorside are writing to you because they know weaker members of society are stupid or easily taken in by headed notepaper.
This is no different from all the EPC demands seen for fines from other countries. Hundreds of threads like this over the years/decade.
And we've been telling people to ignore those letters every time. Show me one that's ever gone further?!
