Hi Umkomaas.  It's EPC chasing for not having the vignette while driving in Hungary (i.e. the same issue as the thread subject title).  I'd expected to pay at tolls, like many other countries and hadn't realised the need to pre-buy the vignette.
Ignore EPC. They can't do anything but send silly letters. We've given that advice in dozens upon dozens of 'foreign soil' cases and have never seen any amount to anything.  Period!

    Everyone: just IGNORE these letters.

    End of discussion.

No, you don't pay scams to make them go away.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Next letter received. I presume you've seen this format before as well and it's just another bluff, with no chance of it actually moving on to any action

Something seems fishy about the letter, they can not just apply for a CCJ, they can not just simply apply for a County Court Judgment against you.
This or something similar has been touched on before - although I can't remember where either which way, that the other letter threatening "can't pay we'll take it away" needs stamping on hard.

If I do, what will you advise at that time? Still just keep ignoring?

No, you must please come back for further advice and guidance. You must never ignore a formal court claim. Please don't.
