Also bright, they admit they were late to the party and due to the fact they thought they would only attract limited numbers of people they created a £1000 prize draw for all subscribers that reduced their energy.
So it does appear the reward is not defined however changing the reward without notification as Eon Next have done this is where the issue is for those signed up to them.1 -
After the eon next alleged 'one off experiment to benefit more customers' (from their forum) Ignoring the IDA I feel I can no longer trust them to follow the rules. So Im considering loop or perhaps the uSwitch (via Hildebrand I believe) going forward.
Can anyone say what eon next did with IDA on the test this week when they get their results as I was away and unable to take part.

it would be better if all companies were running it in the same way. No confidence in EON Next now.

NG have laid out the terms under which they will pay the supplier, but does it actually say anywhere what the supplier must pass on to their customers? I mean, it clearly isn't good customer service, but I'm not sure if it is actually illegal?
Are suppliers able to remove IDA from formula without prior notice to its participating customers ?? How does that improve or benefit more customers ???

If anyone is thinking of moving to loop, I gained over £20 on the last session. Only changes made were one load of washing and tumble drying and 3 hours of car charging during the IDA.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
