RBS and NatWest Digital saver changes

My data for payments:

Credit card 14 Nov  -  RBS paid 15 Nov  -  Roundup 15 Nov

Credit card 14 Nov  -  NW paid 15 Nov   - Roundup 15 Nov

Credit card 14 Nov  -  RBS paid 16 Nov  -  Roundup 16 Nov

Credit card 16 Nov  -  RBS paid 17 Nov  -  Roundup 17 Nov

Credit card 17 Nov  -  NW paid 18 Nov   - Roundup 18 Nov

Conclusion for 3 different credit cards; input payment by debit card in the morning; credited to credit card before midnight same day.

Pending from RBS or NatWest at moment of input to credit card sometimes after approval in app, debited following day midnight

Roundup coincides with debit from current account.

Weekends are very much slower

Input 12 Nov, paid into credit card midnight 14 Nov; RBS paid midnight 15 Nov; Roundup 15 Nov.

Thanks guys…… I have absolutely no idea why NatWest are not paying the round up for the Halifax credit card payment.
I also used the card in a petrol station on Friday to pay for fuel, that one also is not showing despite no longer being pending.
Other round up transactions from a week previous have gone through.

You didn't temporarily turn off round ups to enter the prize draw did you?

No but thanks for asking….. I had another round up paid this morning (took 5 days) so the system does work.
Obviously it does not work when paying in a small part of a bill from Halifax Credit card or as I have also found British Gas.
Both transactions were done inside their apps, both payments taken and both no longer pending.
