The £1500 is what I could live on if not including rent, hobbies, debt payments etc At present I never have any money left at the end of the month so am living on £5k ish so this is going to be a challenge.
My aim is £1500-30000 -

Nyk, I gave up smoking about 8 years ago, and whenever I wanted a ciggy, I sucked a glucose sweet - I read about then that a craving for a cigarette was linked to a drop in the sugar levels in the blood. I dont know how true this is but it worked for me (and cheaper than all the other give up smoking stuff) - Good Luck with it!!
