My switch was supposed to be completed yesterday. I didn't receive a confirmation email or text but the switched account has been closed so I assume the switch completed ok. I submitted the form yesterday for the second time with different details; I have submitted it after opening the account over a month ago but there were issues and the account wasn't opened until much later. Looking forward to see what happens now.

was paid the day after the switch - most other people I’ve read fill out the form before it happens and get paid2 -

Did they provide a mobile number? They should have received a text soon after their switch started, with a switch completion date.
NotWhereIWantToBe said:Thanks. The form reads like you have to wait for the switch to complete before filling it in.The form itself just states it can be completed once the account is open, and the sort code and account number have been provided. Further on in the form fields, the Switch End Date is actually required.

I filled in the form as me as the referrer for my Wife. We both applied at the same time - my wifes was rejected. Have filled in the form again with someone else as the referrer - still awaiting a new response and have secure messaged to tell them I accidentally filled in the wrong referrer2
