Do we need to inform DWP/private pension provider etc of new account details for income purposes, or just it simply sort itself out (1st time using Switch) ?0

Payments will get re-directed for 36 months, I would inform them as well ...spaniel101 said:Do we need to inform DWP/private pension provider etc of new account details for income purposes, or just it simply sort itself out (1st time using Switch) ?1 -
Hi. Have the majority of people on here managed to switch without any interaction with Co-op themselves i.e.solely online as opposed to going to branch or calling co-op? Thanks.0

Yes I managed that as I imagine the majority did as well ...rgsoton said:Hi. Have the majority of people on here managed to switch without any interaction with Co-op themselves i.e.solely online as opposed to going to branch or calling co-op? Thanks.1 -
I switched to Co-op in spring and am currently in the process of switching to them again. It's been entirely online on both occasions.rgsoton said:Hi. Yes, switched online with no other interaction required for me and a family member.rgsoton said:Hi. Have the majority of people on here managed to switch without any interaction with Co-op themselves i.e.solely online as opposed to going to branch or calling co-op? Thanks.1 -
Phoning (or a branch visit) is only required if you do not elect to switch during the application process.rgsoton said:Hi. Have the majority of people on here managed to switch without any interaction with Co-op themselves i.e.solely online as opposed to going to branch or calling co-op? Thanks.1 -
Some people were asked to send certified proofs of ID, that also makes it not 'solely online' and costs some money.Sensory said:
